Terrible experience with a member of staff in La Can̈ada shopping mall in Marbella Spain. THIS WAS A POP UP SHOP IN THE SHOPPING MALL ! Whilst demonstrating the collagen serum and using her hand held fan put too near my face and caught my hair in the fan. She proceeded to pull my hair out rather than turn the fan off. My hair was ripped out at the roots. Very upsetting experience !!!! I had to scream at her to turn it off !!!

The device broke down after just two months; I was charged over €100 extra for a replacement, I had no say in the delivery arrangements, and now I’m being asked to pay again to send it back. I can only advise against this device and the customer service. Overpriced and not very customer-friendly. Stay well away.

I purchased the perfectio x whilst on holiday in Barcelona. I was sold the device under the belief that it had a lifetime warranty. Within 12 months the device failed to work. I requested a replacement but was informed that this would cost £160 for administration and postage costs. Which I feel is Disgusting when I have purchased a faulty product.

Scam company who won’t follow up with information or let you speak with a supervisor, specifically “Lily S”. They sold a unit to a third party, who sold it to me, for $3,000.00. The seller doesn’t respond on my defective device or has made good on the spa treatments that were supposed to be included. This company washes their hands. When asked for merchant information or to escalate, they outright refuse. Their devices are cheaply made and not worth the thousands they charge. I saw no pain relief or anti-aging benefits and I have purchased two different models over the years. Save your money and buy a cheaper unit. The PERFECTIO line is not what they claim based on my experience.

High pressure sales. Wouldn't let me out the door. Went in for a facial and ended up opening cc and purchased the perfecto and she slid the receipt to me hiding the no refunds. Scammer's

I purchased Perfectio x from Miclall callyssee tyron St Petersburg. After i researched more about this product I decided it isn't a good device for me, so I didn't open it. It isn't unpacked and it is still sealed. I can't return it, they refuse to take it back. It is a violation of The Consumer Protection Act and I have to use legal help to return this device and get a refund. They use Unfair trade practices to sell their product.

I was scammed by Krystal’s in the mall. FB add offering a $300 facial for $99. I went into the spa and the sales pitch. I see people have left reviews spending $1500, $2000 and whatever other amounts I haven’t read about. Well, I feel like an idiot…$5000 later! Why is there a broad range of prices???? This is complete B.S. As far as the device and what it’s supposed to do, I am not sure it is doing anything. But $5000!!!!!! Really?????? Totally criminal!! I’m pissed!! UPDATE! This Company is a complete FRAUD. RUN THE OTHER WAY IF THEY APPROACH YOU IN THE MALL OR IF YOU SEE ADS ON FB…DO NOT FALL FOR IT! And for the Record..THE PERFECTIO WAND IS A PIECE IF CRAP!!!! Does not do what they claim it does!!! CRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! There should be a class action law suit brought against this F’n Company for all the people that have been scammed by them!!

This company hides behind the excuse that they’re “just the manufacturer,” which is nothing more than evading responsibility. Their product, the Perfectio Plus, is marketed through high-pressure spa sales at outrageous prices, using exaggerated “FDA Class II medical device” claims and flashy packaging to mislead consumers. They benefit directly from these sales, so pretending they have no responsibility for how their products are pushed onto financially vulnerable people is unacceptable. Consumers deserve better — and regulatory bodies should be looking into how these devices are being marketed. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against their sales partner, Kristals Spa, for deceptive and predatory sales practices — and Zero Gravity is part of that chain. Without their devices, Kristals wouldn’t be able to run this scheme. Zero Gravity may claim they’re “just the manufacturer,” but they knowingly supply their products to a company notorious for unethical sales tactics, making them complicit in the process.
