This company,Zero Gravity is very good to their costumers, I had a red light PerfectioX that was defective after 3 years of daily use, within a week they replaced it, their was no hassle. Their warranty is exactly as they promised. I am glad to use this product people say I look 10-15 years younger. I would like to thank Customer Services for their dedication and hard work.

Terrible experience with a member of staff in La Can̈ada shopping mall in Marbella Spain. THIS WAS A POP UP SHOP IN THE SHOPPING MALL ! Whilst demonstrating the collagen serum and using her hand held fan put too near my face and caught my hair in the fan. She proceeded to pull my hair out rather than turn the fan off. My hair was ripped out at the roots. Very upsetting experience !!!! I had to scream at her to turn it off !!!

Additionally, the collagen serum referenced in your review is not a Zero Gravity product. Based on the information provided, the staff member involved was therefore not a Zero Gravity employee, and the demonstration described was not conducted by our company.
