Ordered a hoodie 12 days ago and it never shipped out so I got a refund. Awful shipping expectations for an $80 product. The company stated that it ships within 1-2 business days and I waited 12 and got nothing. I would take my business elsewhere where.

Shipping Failure
I enjoy the products sold, BUT the order processing and shipping are equivalent to ordering from China. You would be lucky if they process your order within a week. If you are looking to get some thing soon, then look elsewere.

We do our absolute best to keep up, but with the holidays upon us we have fallen a bit behind. The best way to get your orders quickly during this time is to pay for expedited shipping. We always do our expedited orders first and in full each day.

I had made an order paid for the expedited shipping and here it is a month later and I still have no order delivered. So I had my bank cancel the payment and they are still insisting that I DID receive it and now they are bombarding me with hate and threat emails, telling me they’ll get their money one way or the other; all of this over a $200 order! And I AM a Combat Veteran Marine MachineGunner so if this is how they treat their inspirational subject matter, why on earth would they treat Civilians any better. And for the record I have had other issues with ZeroFoxtrot before and what’s more I have never received ordered products or a refund. As I see it this is an unethical immoral greedy scam based company. Save your time, money, effort, and patience and find another military fashion vendor or just go to your local Army/Navy Surplus store.

We’re disappointed to hear this has been your experience. After reviewing the history of the order and the messages exchanged, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding along the way.
Your first contact came through our automated system, and was later picked up by a member of our team. The original request we received was for a refund on a military discount, but at that time a chargeback had already been filed with your bank. Once a chargeback is opened, funds are pulled from our end immediately and we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or make adjustments until the claim is resolved externally.
You later stated that you no longer wished to shop with us and would return the order if it did arrive. We respect that choice fully. However, your claim that we sent hostile or threatening messages is not supported by our correspondence. At no point did we send or imply threats; our communication was limited to explaining the chargeback process and its limitations.
To put it plainly:
When a chargeback is filed, we legally cannot make further monetary changes to an order until the bank resolves the case. We are not refusing help, we are simply unable to act while the claim is open.
We understand your frustration and we never want a customer feeling like they aren’t being taken care of. If the bank finds in your favor, you keep your refund. If not, we are happy to re-engage and work toward a resolution directly, no hostility, no drama.
We appreciate your service, your time, and the chance to clear the air.

The fibers inside bleed through the outer shell all the time. If you even try to carefully pull them out, it keeps pulling out more of 'em, so there's like no stuffing on the inside what the f***. How do I get my money back?

Very slow with processing orders
Very slow with processing orders. Slow with shipping. Don’t expect to get your order delivered within 6-8 days, it will most likely come later. I ordered a jacket last week on Thursday and it’s Thursday the following week and just now received an email saying they are preparing the order.

Wrote them an email regarding ordering the wrong size of the t-shirt I bought just 5 minutes after buying on their website.
It was Friday 10th of oct.
They replied on wednesday 15th of Oct informing me that the order was processed.
