Cool light! We love it. Arrived in great time!

I was genuinely excited about the Lava Pendant Light — the design looked stunning and seemed like a great fit for my project. Unfortunately, the product I received fell short of expectations. The quality did not match what was presented online, and key design elements looked and felt inconsistent in person. What made the experience more frustrating was the customer service. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but each interaction felt like an uphill battle. I left the process feeling more discouraged than supported. It’s a real shame because the aesthetic had so much potential. I truly hope Zenduce takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve both product quality and customer care.

The style and design is absolutely beautiful. Installing them was very easy and I’ve received so many compliments from family and friends. The price point was very reasonable

The delivery delays were not so bad. Had an issue with one of the globes and they semt one back right away. I would recommend this company

I ordered the zenline LED pendant light more than a year ago. First, the light design is indeed as I had expected. I was able to create a warm setting in my home office with this. Having said that, the instruction sheet for installation could have been better. I do install a lot of lights, but this required a step for wiring of the remote control sensor, which was not clear to do. But I reached out to customer service who was able to guide me in this step. Still, the manufacturers should provide a very detailed sheet as not all customers can be professional electricians.
