Worst Customer Service, API Docs and implementation I have ever encountered during my career as a developer. I had to build everything from scratch, since they are not working with React Native, and doesn't care about implementing it on the future. Even then, the iOS SDK simply doesn't work and there is no explanation for why the app crashes. I hope I never have to work with them again.

Worst Customer Service Outside India So long story short, a fulfillment site I used has Zendesk as their support. After a year of problem-free buying, support team (Zendesk) is just barraging me with e-mails asking for pictures of my ID, my credit card, bank statements, along with other sensitive information. I also hear from others that they like to farm your data. If you see any site affiliated with these guys, do yourself a favor and stay far away to prevent identity or card theft and fraud.

Not a huge fan of the direction the product is going to, but they are still the best Just wish their subscriptions were easier to navigate.

Even though we canceled, Zendesk proved its high-class and humane customer service by still reacting and solving an issue we had incredibly quickly and hassle free. In that kind of scenario, where a company has no future benefit of a customer, true class really shows itself by still helping in this kind of way! Apart from that, the knowledge base has always been very useful to us, though the other features didn't quite meet our needs. German: Wir hatten zwar gekündigt, da es nicht ganz unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllte, aber die 3 Jahre, die wir die Wissensdatenbank nutzten, waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Obwohl wir bereits gekündigt hatten, war der Kundenservice zudem bei einem kurz vor Ablauf aufgetretenen Problem extrem schnell und hilfreich - da zeigt sich wahre Kundenorientierung: Top Service, obwohl von dem Kunden (in dem Fall uns) keine zukünftige Zahlung ins Aussicht war.

You can not easily export your own data. To do that they required you either code an API or but another more expensive package. Data deletion is not guaranteed as per their terms and conditions and they can still keep your data for their own sake of data analysis.

They get you with a annual package then you find out that you need to upgrade to get basic functionality. Then you cannot leave.
