ZendeskReviews of zendesk.com

I was in contact with their sales agents and support agents Breno Olintho and Ais Solvencé. I asked multiple times that do you provide what I was looking for they said yes. you can do some changes on the admin center and then you can have your chat widget as per your requirement. before I paid they were responding to my chats and email but when I signed up with them they turned their back and asked me to read their articles to resolve issue. Never trust them they are scammers. Now they are saying that they can't proceed with the refund.

Ironically, worst customer support I've ever seen. The chatbot doesn't understand anything and just repeats itself, they offer no email or phone support. Their services don't even allow you to upgrade the service, the whole UI is a mess. Avoid at all costs, personally my experience has made me decide to short Zendesk Inc., I very much doubt they will be around in the next few years.

Zendesk teaches masterclass in how to lose customers. In hindsight it's the worst product choice I've made for my company and I hope others don't make the same mistake. In short they contacted me 28 days before a $30k annual subscription renewal to say our rates are going up by 15%. No we can't move to monthly. No we cant reduce the number of seats. We have to pay it because we're now inside the 'lock-in' period which is 1 month before the renewal payment is due. Rules are not made by local sales but 'higher ups'. Don't be lured in with a good first year offer - they are deceptive swindlers who use predatory billing practices. Their product is a mash-up of many products they purchased along the way, and so this Frankenstein creation is buggy and had regular timeouts, was 5x the cost of their competitors and the service and treatment we received was slow and appalling. Not much of the UX is self serve or designed intuitively.

Daher nochmals : VORSICHT .

How did this company get the "leader in customer service" rating? I was unable to contact zendesk for days now, as a newcomer to their service, it's just that's how hidden their "services" are. That's why I have chosen Live Chat for my business instead. I had no other choice. Totally not surprised by their 1 star rating. They didn't sent me my activation mails for Zendesk Chat either, and if tried firther to get some sometimes they did sent it but they did not work. This company expects you to Google around to find a secret phrase "No, I still need help" that you are supposed to type in their chat bot to actually get the chance to talk to a human. No, I don't want this, thanks. After you get the chance to maybe talk to a human, you get a surprise character limit of 128 characters for your complaint, are you kidding me? Bandits. Pure ZEN! Someone please stop these ripoff companies, some laws are needed.

Most stupid and limited app ever. Very poor support.

Cancelled subscription and giving me no credit for the 8 months left on the contract. Terrible customer service
