I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund for a cancelled order. I get emails telling me it’s on the way. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I think this is a scam.

Une escroquerie! Le produit commandé (une paire de sandales) n'a jamais été livré, mais le prix, lui, a bien été débité. Aucune réponse aux réclamations. À fuir!

I used Zendesk from 2016 to 2023. It was good at first, but the new updates are not helpful. People are looking for other services now. I suggest that Zendesk should not end the chat option. I am not satisfied with Zendesk anymore.

No wonder Aldente, paddle, zen desk . Three scameteers. Lol

Zendesk has deteoriated over the years. We have an upcoming renewal and we have been trying to get in touch with the relevant personnel. Of course, there was no reply so I had to look up Linkedin and the personnel has left for another company and when reaching out to their support- they said your account executive will get in touch with you, it's been 5 days - no responses. Also they are very "Transparent" when it comes to pricing so I'd say steer away if possible.

Bin aus Dummheit auf der „U.S. Immigration Support“ Seite statt auf der offiziellen Esta Seite gelandet, habe in der Annahme 21€ für ein Visum zu bezahlen, hier eines beantragt. Ergebnis : mir wurden von Zendesk 124 Euro abgebucht. Sicher meine eigene Blödheit, nicht besser aufgepasst zu haben, aber nichts desto trotz eine einzige unverschämt dreiste Abzocke!! Finger weg und bitte nur auf „esta.cbp.dhs.gov“ ein Visum beantragen !!

I have unfortunately ended up having to deal with Zendesk. Every experience seems worse than the last, I don't think the company that employed them knows that and is probably loosing customers. So much for outsourcing.
