The solution by itself works great but the support team is lying and it is basically a SCAM. We reduced the number of agents from 20 to 5, meaning we were supposed to pay 800 EUR instead of 2300 EUR. They were charging us for more than a year the incorrect amount despite the fact we were constantly complaining. Their support team does not exist and if someone finally gets back to you this person is lying and it is completely good for nothing. I would not recommend to use Zendesk to anyone, FreshDesk is significantly cheaper and their support team usually gets back to you within a few minutes while you are happy if anyone from Zendesk will finally get back to you.

The actual software is great, however their customer service is non existent. I've been trying to reach them regarding our subscription for more than 3 weeks now, to make a change which will see us giving them more money, and I cannot get a reply. Last year I spent months going back and forth regarding a different issue with our account.

Clunky and terrible support. I also didn't realise I had to go through a massive process to cancel and it went over my one year timeline and they refused to refund all or part of it even though we were not using it for a long time. Gorigias is way better, I don't recommend Zen its anything but...

I've been looking to bring zendesk into my business to manage our ever growing support tickets to support our growth. Asked a very simple question about storage pricing (as it can't be found anywhere on the site) and was made to feel like I was wasting their time asking the question. After 30 minutes waiting for an answer, I ended up with numerous back and forths culminating in an incredibly patronising message asking me why I'm asking the question and being told it was irrelevant. Note, I only asked the question as other people on the internet were complaining about this very thing. I've separately asked the sales team to have a chat and they are avoiding meeting. After saying they would be happy to meet me, they've now asked me why I want to speak to them before they agree to chat. I am honestly bemused. I would have thought the reason I would like to speak was obvious i.e. I am looking to buy! If this is how they treat prospective customers, I have a very real growing fear of what their service is like once they have your money. I can only assume their employees are be incredibly unsatisfied to behave so rudely. People in my company would never be allowed to speak to the public how they do.

They never put me through to customer service, they only want to ask stupid questions and try to make you write a book about the products you need help with.. From Burger King to Gardena and more.. They never send the message or you'll go nuts before they do..

Walgelijk bedrijf. Schrijven 400,- af en vervolgens geen toegaang meer tot het account. Geen enkele vorm van contact wordt op gereageerd. En paypal houdt ze nog de hand boven het hoofd ook.

Absolutely terrible UX, it's a pain to find anything when setting up your support. No wonder there are people offering services to setup Zendesk support page for you. This is a clear sign that Zendesk cannot figure out their own service or doesn't care about their customers.
