My husband & I are from the north so zaxby's was not a restaurant we knew of. When we moved to Tennessee we tried it and really liked it. We go now quite a bit. 3/20/18 I did errands and went through the drive thru. it was lunch time and very busy inside and out. I want to tell the powers that be it was the best experience thus far. The line went quickly,the person taking my order was very friendly & helpful. She repeated my order to make sure. The young man at the window had smile and was friendly and quick to get my order to me. This restaurant is in Cookeville TN. Thank you so much for a great staff. Please be sure this gets to those people at that restaurant as they are the ones doing such an awesome job!!!

Me and my wife was in the Zaxby's at 2502 Battleground Ave as soon as we came in we had a very warm welcome by the Asst. Manger Antoine Thompson this guy is always on top of his game. I would like to see someone like this in the manger position. I wish he could be in every restaurant me my family and friends go to. Good job to him and his crew, all of them work good as a team. GOOD JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be back again food was EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very poor customer service, slow service and employees is very playful

Chose to go to Zaxby's for dinner on Sunday, 05.29.2016 at approximately 8pmEST, 1914 Duluth Hwy Lawrenceville GA. Ordered a Fried Cobb Zalad, that should have had four (4) Fried Chicken Fingers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Cheddar/ Jack cheese with bacon / boiled eggs and Blue Cheese Dressing. Got home, checked Zalad, the cucumbers, tomatoes, and some of the chicken was missing, the other veggies looked like they had just been thrown on the plate. The green veggies was brown; didn't look fresh! I called to report this to the Manager on duty (Sadie) and she hung up on me, and would not come to the phone when I called back. Eat here at your own risk! The food and customer service may be HORRIBLE!
