Why is an order of fries $2.99 when you only get a 1/2 of a box full. Zaxbys is being selfish. We work hard for our money just as the owners of Zaxbys does, y'all can do better that than this little serving for $2.99. I spent $60.00 + for my families dinner last night and I'm sure others have spent more, so y'all can do better than this.....

I went & tried Grilled chicken philly I ask not to add butter on my toasted bun & they had no problem getting my philly right chicken was grilled perfectly & the sandwich better than I expected 9 out of 10 Great customer service After I finished a staff member took my tray & emptied it into trash thank me for coming The only thing I would have liked my cheese on sandwich melted a little bit more but well pleased got half & half tea it was great The service & staff @ Asheboro location has really stepped up thanks to management

I like the sauce. I think the coleslaw is yuck, but the fries are alright and the toast is alright, but a little floppy. The chicken is good for Chicken Fingers, a little dry by its own but with the sauce or in a sandwich it taste good. I think that the idea of them having a MrBeast box is funny, so zaxbys gets a 4.

The service was exceptional the food came out fast the food was really good exceptional barbecue sauce and fries when I asked for all flats fried hard they didn't execute that part and we had some onlookers lurking uncomfortably while we were eating that was uncomfortable I would eat there again

I like zaxby’s food. Have had the chicken fingers meal and the grilled chicken meal. Both good. Love the seasoning on fries. Like friendliness of servers. What I don’t like is the survey that is on the receipt. It doesn’t work right. Tried twice and page loading gets stuck so don’t bother doing the survey!

Just had the 2019 Zensation. Very disappointed in the new dressing. Looked forward to the return for a year, bummer! Zaxby's Please go back to Original Asian dressing!

My husband & I are from the north so zaxby's was not a restaurant we knew of. When we moved to Tennessee we tried it and really liked it. We go now quite a bit. 3/20/18 I did errands and went through the drive thru. it was lunch time and very busy inside and out. I want to tell the powers that be it was the best experience thus far. The line went quickly, the person taking my order was very friendly & helpful. She repeated my order to make sure. The young man at the window had smile and was friendly and quick to get my order to me. This restaurant is in Cookeville TN. Thank you so much for a great staff. Please be sure this gets to those people at that restaurant as they are the ones doing such an awesome job!!!
