I usually go to kitten lake or Schaumburg rd but today I went to the auburn ave location. I get my usual order and when I ask for a sprite ,they dont have it so I ask for an orange soda, they dont have that either. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I used to work near this location and several times during lunch I couldn't get the type drink I wanted. It makes the experience bad. I understand if it happened a few times but this happens too regularly. The manager or someone is not checking on supply or someone is not keeping up with what is not fully stocked. Dont wait until supply is totally out. Next time im gonna say I dont have all of my money, bet I won't get my food.

I had the house chicken salad lettuce was wilted and had a slimy feel or taste to it. Hardly had any chicken. Was very disappointed Ten dollars for a salad, you'd think it would be better than it was

I just did not. Understand why they ask what type sauce you want than give what else they grab . Three ti.e I order barq sauce and get zax sauce instead. So why answer if you just going to give them zax.

I’m giving Zaxbys a 3 because of the fact that they do have a great product, however I always order through DoorDash and I get the hottest sauce every time. The problem is consistency, sometimes it’s coated with sauce which I prefer to dip in ranch and sometimes they’re plain with a sauce packet that’s not the hottest sauce. I have to be honest, this really pisses me off with Zaxbys and the inconveniences is the most annoying and ridiculous thing a business can do. I blame management for the likelihood that different employees are getting different training and that is management’s fault. I just feel like it’s so easily fixed but it continued until I finally stopped spending money with them which is a shame

I ordered Door Dash and though I got it on time it was cold! The egg rolls were overcooked, I mean way overcooked, and the strawberry lemonade was Gross! The grilled chicken sandwich was very good and the fries were too but as stated Cold!

Great employees at this location. But, they are charging way to much for the bone in wings that have absolutely no meat on the bones at all. They need to get bigger chickens. So wings are a rip off. Food is good, but wings are to little.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich at the Monroe, Ga location for a late lunch on June 4, 2024. The sandwich tasted like it was all fried in the same grease used to fry shrimp. If I wanted fried shrimp, I would have ordered it. I was very disappointed.
