I visited the one in Mansfield, Tx and all i can say js that everything was horrible. Why have they changed things? They need to change it back. If someone bought them out and mow trying do things on a cheaper scale it shows. They even changed the ranch dressing they used to have and i am sure they get that for free bc it’s so disgusting. Yall need to go back to the original formula or go ahead and shut that thing on down and looking at tgr reviews i am not the only one that thinks ot has gone waaaaayyyyy down.

I usually go to kitten lake or Schaumburg rd but today I went to the auburn ave location. I get my usual order and when I ask for a sprite ,they dont have it so I ask for an orange soda, they dont have that either. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I used to work near this location and several times during lunch I couldn't get the type drink I wanted. It makes the experience bad. I understand if it happened a few times but this happens too regularly. The manager or someone is not checking on supply or someone is not keeping up with what is not fully stocked. Dont wait until supply is totally out. Next time im gonna say I dont have all of my money, bet I won't get my food.

Visited the New Zaxby's in Ashland VA. the first week it opened...the food was way to salty.....we decided to give it another try tonight October 12, 2026...And to our surprise!!! The food was still wayyyyy to salty...my husband coughed so hard after eating a single fry.. this will be our last time going there we tried to give you another chance so until you change this issue we will not be BACK!!!! Be considerate of people with BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES!!!👎😠👎😠

I tried the quesadilla for the first time and Wow!!! It's hard to find a fast food restaurant that pleasantly surprised you with the taste and value of the food these days! Great service as well

its like they go out of their way to choose the smallest wings as possible then they are so hard its tough to eat [like jerky] after years I Will NEVER go back to Zaxby's in Bishopville SC, the worst I ever had !!
