ZadarmaReviews of zadarma.com

Their verification is not suitable for Chinese people, however they support Hong Kong numbers. Very disappointed of their services. Good point is they respond very fast /still useless with my case/

I am very pleased with Zadarma so far. Their support system is top notch and their virtual phone numbers are good.

Edit #3/4 (latest): 0) "Our support team has been in 'constant' contact with you" If that's how you want to describe that I have had 'constantly' initiated contact with your support team as their answers to very simple questions are inconclusive and plagued with long holds that doesn't 'facilitate the process' either. 1) You seem to insist in your reply now that this is a "rental" of a number. I did not "rent" a number from Zadarma. Can't write in bold so will use caps: ***I PURCHASED IT*** from another vendor and ported it into Zadarma!!! That number is MY number and it would be illegal in the United States for any company to refuse to port it out. Your underlying carrier in the US could be fined if you refused to port. It's the law here. 2) The 280 question marks came as the result of my being put on hold 4 different times in a chat that lasted longer than an hour just to be told to open a ticket so that I would get an account number (tpical requirement to port a number to another carrier). I was asked by the rep in that chat to provide a reason for my wanting an account #. I would be on hold for over 20 minutes. Those long holds and the unsatisfactory content in these responses caused a great deal of frustration as my business depends on this number. hence the 280 question marks. I do regret ending up being rude but this were straining circumstances, yet I apologized over the phone to the agent in question. 3) As of today I am still getting conflicting information. You are stating the number is rented indicating that that could impact my ability to port the number while in the ticket I received a favorable response from tech support. (See Edit #2 below). As I said in my original review, surely Zadarma has a good staff but the gaps described above and the discrepancies on the advise I have received makes it seem disorganized. Price is right but they don't seem to have it together yet. It needs work. Maybe the pace at which is growing is outpacing its current training capabilities is my guess. You might be able to refuse to port a number in Europe and that might be legal there but that's not the case in the US. Edit #2: I've received the following response from their support: "Nothing is needed for such port from our side. Once we receive a request from your new carrier - we will accept it from our side" They've also sent this: "Receipt was automatically sent to you after your payment. Also it is in paypal. There are no "account number" in Zadarma system, if you need to write something, you can write your sip number." This which is very favorable is consistent with a previous reply on this issue from 3 weeks ago but conflicted with the response you can see in the link from my first edit (below). I hope this gets resolved. Edit #1: See their response here: ibb .co/T8154f9 (take the space between "ibb" and the dot to see a screenshot of their reply) This is despite the fact that in the US it is illegal to refuse to port a number and despite the fact that I purchased the number with another carrier and then ported it into Zadarma and payed them for a year in advance! They say it can't be ported out because it's "a rental". Original review below: _____________________________ Open ticket #s as of 1/6/2020 are #473563 and #478446 1. The PBX only allows one menu per phone number. That was the deal breaker for me. The PBX interface also does need work. 2. Sadly, I have to leave a bad review for this company, but first, I am apalled to see some reviewers attacking the perceived nationality and English skills of the support team. How low that is. I spoke a few times with the support team and I was shocked in admiration at the proficiency of their Spanish and English while none of these were their native languages. Sure, they have accents and on ocassion the choice of words might be a bit uncommon but perfectly understandable. Considering my experience with the number porting situation I would leave one star but I am putting 2 because I believe Zadarma's support team is an asset but they might be undestaffed. The problem is structural. They do not seem well organized. It is very difficult to port your number out of here. Team members follow instructions and try to keep their jobs, so I'm sure they do what their training and their supervisors tell them to do, but team members won't give you your account number and it is not ANYWHERE on the web interface. I can't even find a receipt of my last payment. I paid a year in advance so even if I port out they would still keep 10 months of my payments as profit, but yet it seems I'm only going to be able to get out of here with a fight. I'm very disappointed I might post a link to make the chats available so you see first hand what a nightmare it is to deal with them

Been using the SIP/VoIP service for more than 5 years. Over time had a growing %% of inbound calls where the other side was not able to hear us - while other SIP providers worked just fine. Had numerous tickets raised with the customer service to no resolution. Now trying to move away from this service and putting a forward all phone number - but Zadarma fails to enforce the forward and support is unavailable for 3 days to fix the basic functionality. On the top of it, had constant PayPal payments issues where payments were never automatically added to the account and I had to raise tickets with their billing.

Chatting with Zadarma support was super easy and everything was sorted within a very short time as well. Their VoIP service is also amazing. Highly impressed.

The highly proficient team of Zadarma showed us how to reduce charges on international calls. My business expenses have declined significantly after I've started using their VoIP services.

I run a company that provides 24-7 emergency medicare services, and prompt phone network solution was a must for it. Well, my search ended with Zadarma, who made sure your business’s phone system work ran uninterrupted to handle the patients on time.

Amazing Service! We connected Zadarma to set-up a VoIP network for our company and everything is working well; there is good call quality, and it has been very easy to implement.
