I liked the application. There is a little learning curve at the beginning. Install Zadarma app to your current mobile phone. Determine a password for your SIP and connect the mobile app with this login info. Then make the settings. SMS and call forwarding settings should be done. It took me a couple of hours to understand, but now I am happy with the service.

I'm from Ukraine, thay said me that cannot sell me proxy number in Europe =) By them logic I need live in country in what I want buy proxy number. Thats crazy anyway. *Support recommendation: We recommend searching for a different provider. - Okay, fine Do you know why do I need number in EU? If you company support scam offices I glad for you, enjoy!

J'ai voulu utiliser Zadarma comme fournisseur de numéro virtuel avec l'offre Office. Je me suis rendu compte que trop tard que l'outil que j'utilise peut importer des fournisseurs de numéros virtuels mais pas Zadarma. J'ai à plusieurs fois contacté le service support pour me conseiller, puis finalement, je les ai à nouveau contacté pour clôturer mon abonnement et mes deux numéros. Tout s'est passé correctement. J'ai été remboursé. Je pense que Zadarma est une bonne solution et que le service client est bon. Je n'ai pas eu de soucis pour faire valider l'identité de mon entreprise. Matthieu

Very complicated! I tried to register a number, but it didn't register it. Then I did it again. The prices are inconsistent - sometimes in euros (more expensive than dollars) and you cannot know that there are different pricelists for different courrency. Then when trying to record, the application on the phone had a problem. At the end - Don't waste your time with those kind of people. It's expensive, problematic and I'm leaving with a bad experience. As a manager, I will look for other alternatives. Please AVOID!!

Wost support EVER SEEN. They cant even explain how to setup and account. We are a company with 3 subcompanies and 4 directors. I am the IT person for all companies. Everytime I order for a different company my profile changes. So you cant order as an IT admin on behalf of another director in the same company. NO wonder so many people get banned for none compliance. As their page has TONS of compliance issues. The online support doesnt understand the questions and the calling support wont help as i have been informed.

I paid $24 USD upfront to provision a Mexican phone number. They kept saying it was in process. After a week, I asked for a refund which they agreed to provide. Refund never came. First they said they had sent it - contact my bank. When I showed a screenshot that showed the credit was in my Zadarma account, they changed their story and said I needed to confirm I wanted a refund even after asking for it. Bottom line - old school tactics of easily taking your money and giving nothing in return.

He comprado un número virtual brasileño en Zadarma porque informan que se puede recibir mensajes SMS, si se paga 3 meses adelantado más el coste de la conexión. Pues bien, el servicio es un fraude, pues no recibe ni un solo SMS de ningún lugar. Cuando se reclama, ellos te responde con respuestas evasivas y genéricas. El hecho cierto es que Zadarma es un servicio fraudulento. En cuanto me di cuenta a los dos días he pedido la devolución de mi dinero que me cobraron por un servicio inexsitente, y desde entonces no me han vuelto a contestar.
