Thank you for your feedback! Our CRM and PBX services are free; however, after a two-month trial period, maintaining access requires an account balance top-up. This balance can be used for any paid services, such as calls or virtual numbers, and must be topped up at least once every three months. This information is available on our website. If you need assistance with your account or have questions about our services, please contact our support team—we're here to help!
