O pior prestador de serviços VOIP, fiz a portabilidade de 2 números para a gestão deles e passado algum desapareceram na minha area de cliente e quando tentei resolver a situação com o suporte, foi-me dito que tinham sido portados para outro operador. Eu não dei qualquer autorização para essa portabilidade, logo fui enganado. Agora dia 12/10/2025 faz um mês que estou sem os numeros e ainda não me foi dada uma previsão de resolução. Já perdi imensas chamadas e serviços de clientes por causa deste transtorno.

Lamentamos profundamente o sucedido. Conforme mencionado no seu ticket, caso não concorde com a portabilidade (port-out), solicitamos que assine o pedido de portabilidade de retorno (port-in). Assim que o documento for devidamente recebido, envidaremos todos os esforços para proceder à recuperação dos números. Infelizmente, sem o pedido devidamente assinado, não nos será possível solicitar o retorno dos números ao operador.

We have offices in Madrid and Berlin, and we wanted one phone system that felt cohesive. Zadarma lets us manage both locations from a single dashboard, while local numbers ring the correct office first. If no one picks up, calls roll to the other office or to the mobile of the person on duty. It feels like one connected organization despite the distance.

Абсолютно не професійна та безпорадна компанія з жалюгідним сервісом, який має всі ознаки характерні для шахрайства. Спочатку вони збирають декілька разів ваші документи, фото з різних ракурсів, потім задають не доречні та не релевантні питання, не відповідаючи на питання клієнта, а після подальшої відмови клієнта надавати не релевантні до замовлення відповіді, просто скасовують ваше замовлення, витративши ваш час та кошти!

Do not use this company — they collect your personal data, including passports, but never approve your accounts. When asked how this personal data is being used, they simply ignore requests and close the chat. Unfortunately for them, we are an international law firm, and we will be proceeding with legal action in both the EU and the USA against these shady practices.

Without completing this process, unfortunately, we cannot provide the service. As soon as you requested a refund, it was immediately initiated. You can also delete your account together with all personal data at any time.

Je suis agréablement surpris par la réactivité sur le remboursement de mon abonnement . Leur système de prise de photos sur passeport m'a refusé 2 fois de suite alors que j'avais tout fait dans les règles. J'ai demandé mon remboursement et en moins d'1 heure j'ai été remboursé par Paypal. Je m'insurge contre ceux qui les traitent de malhonnêtes mon expérience prouve le contraire. J'espère qu'ils feront le nécessaire pour changer de système d'enregistrement qui les desservent.

I tried to set up an account today with Maksym. I am a British citizen who lives in the UK, but I have been told that I can't use this service when vacationing outside the UK, as OFCOM forbids it!! This obviously isn't true, as so many other companies offer this service. Skip this company to find one that provides a seamless international cloud service. OFCOM doesn’t ban British people making calls in the UK from other countries. You have taken guidance to an extreme conclusion!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that this limitation may feel inconvenient, especially when travelling. However, UK telecom regulations – including Ofcom’s guidance on how UK phone numbers may be used – place certain restrictions on how outbound calls from UK numbers can be made when the user is located abroad.
