All emails were answered quickly, and the tracking was accurate. However, there was a glitch in the UPS matrix, and YUKON handled that issue, too. They made an inquiry on my behalf and got back to me. Wow, Right? Their pleasant tone and willingness to troubleshoot are rare in most places, and they should be commended. The work is beautiful, and my sister loved what I picked for her.

Michael unfortunately was very unlucky but Yukon have said they will sort it out. I have had no problems like other customers. All I can say Michael is being patient and it will get sorted. At first, when I received the "man & dog" wood sculpture, I thought it was too small. I placed it in front of my TV and look at it constantly. It's so charming and, as any Dog Lover can see, conveys the fondness we have for them. Size isn't everything (or anything sometimes).

I ordered two test samples as I was hoping to place a larger order (55 units) for some awards I was going to hand out. I wanted to make certain they were quality units. I ordered here because they claim to be loacally made. While I have not received my order, and they may in fact be quality pieces they are absolutely not locally made. They have failed to respond to any emails, their reviews are fake (onsite) and made to look similar to trustpilot. The tracking link they give you is a page off their website which posts fake updates, the latest one states that my shipment arrived locally today at 4pm, yet it is only 7:30am currently. Really wanted this to be a great experience, and maybe it will be eventually, but all the signs are it won't be...

Really great quality figures. If ordering outside the US, allow 1-2 weeks delivery - remember you are getting free international delivery. Again, I'd really like to emphasise that the wooden dog and human figures are brilliantly engineered. Great value and very happy. Thank you.

UPDATE 9 November 2024: Six months on and Yukon now asking for 'more information' so they can confirm that I am a legit buyer BECAUSE THEY WANT TO REMOVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW-!!! Total BS! Does not change the fact that the product they sent me was garbage quality, and that their company does not exist at the physical address in Delaware that is shown on their website. Also I now notice a glowing review (by someone with my same name-??) which is NOT me. hmmm... rather suspicious and likely another scammy aspect of this company. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Waited a long time to receive the item which was NOT as pictured. I order a small wooden human figure with dog. Very cute on the website. What I received was a ragged-edged, poorly cut piece of dried wood with obvious filler-patches. After sending photos (as requested) and asking five times for an RMA, I was told "Your RMA number is XXXXX, the same as your order number". However, the RMA number that was provided was NOT the same as my order number (??). I sent the item back to the physical address shown on their website for returns. Surprise! USPS tracking informed me that the item is now being 'returned to sender' (me) because "the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location and no further information was available." So, I have now paid for shipping TWICE on this item that I don't want due to the terrible quality. So much for 'Satisfaction Guaranteed'. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SCAM. THE "DELAWARE" ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE IS FAKE -- ACCORDING TO USPS IT DOES NOT EXIST!!

I saw an ad on internet for their ' man and dog' series. Looked up their very nice website which sd they were small company, U.S. based etc. For some reason I decided to check out this company on Amazon- I found the products, however the company ( ies) that produced them were NOT in the U.S., seems like they are Chinese. I think their website is therefore inaccurate, seems items are mass produced elsewhere. Sent an email with above info to then, no response as of yet. Gave a one star review because it was only way I could get to this screen. Have not yet ordered, waiting for someone to clarify the products and place of origin. The website may be giving false info
