I appreciate that my order to Yukon got delivered as fast as possible across the Atlantic to Switzerland. Other expericene with US deliverer failed even I got charged on my credit card and never received the item... So I think it's worse to tell everybody that Yukon is a honest trader and they create beautiful wooden art.

Placed order (105485) on January 28, 2025. Today is February 11, and not only NOT received but TWO requests for ANY information have gone unanswered! Their customer service is a disservice. No wonder why their 1 star reviews is 26%,

Hi Charles, We sincerely apologize for the delay and for any frustration this may have caused. Due to a high volume of orders before Valentine’s Day, packing and shipping took a bit longer than usual. According to our delivery records, your package should have arrived by now. Could you please confirm if you have received it? If not, we’d be happy to assist you further. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your patience. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Martin

The wooden sculptures with dogs/cats are beautiful. I bought 3 as gifts. It would be great if they could be made in a larger size too.

I ordered well in time for Christmas but the items did not arrive until well into January. Worse, I emailed to request a return and never heard back, they clearly ignored THIR OWN STATED RETURN POLICY. This must violate consumer protection laws. AN AWFUL COMPANY!!.

I wanted to change my order but it had been dispatched, so Youkon offered to send the different items I wanted at delivery cost only, very good customer relations.
