I am delighted with my purchase. It looks and feels exactly as in the photo. Very reasonably priced too. When I enquired about the delay in delivery I got an answer almost immediately. I will be purchasing from this company again.

Both the ordering and the shipping process was handled very well. When the shipping was delayed I was supported very professionally and friendly by Yukon Design Studio's Martin, thanks again :) The gift was very well received, I will order again.

Today I received a notice stating my parcel had been delivered however I was unable to find it !! It was delivered to the wrong address, it was left in my neighbours letter box, not at my address and not where I requested it be left at my front door This has been very stressful, and I’m not impressed by the lack of care taken especially when it’s clearly stated what is my address and where to leave the parcel 12 April Today I also received an email from Yukon Design following up on the delivery of my parcel their prompt response was most appreciated. I have provided full details of the delivery problem and hope it will be of assistance to them. The parcel was found and the order is perfect

Hi Wendy, Thank you for letting us know, and I’m so sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered to your neighbor. I completely understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been—especially when clear instructions were provided. Unfortunately, we’re not notified by Australia Post when something goes wrong with a delivery, so the only way we find out is when kind customers like you reach out. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to tell us. If you haven’t already, please feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can look into this right away and make things right for you. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve this quickly. Warm regards, Martin Yukon Design Studio

The woman and dog carving with floppy is so beautiful and really helps me when my dog is staying with other family as it really does look like him. Bought one for my friend for Christmas and she loves hers aswell. Really good quality finish. The website is very clear so easy to pick out different designs. Good packaging and prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend.

These exquisite simple little carvings of dog and cat with a man or a woman are very nice indeed. I placed my order not having heard of the company before I discovered it accidentally online. The order was dealt with immediately and full tracking was available at every stage of the journey to the UK until handed to me at my home. It was great that I had no extra charges to pay once they arrived in the UK. The whole process was efficient and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When Amazon made some excuse about not being able to deliver my package one day, an email to Martin was quickly responded to. The two carvings ordered were packed well and the gift pouches I ordered too made them look a really nice present. They are small but perfectly formed. Multum in parvo - much in little. Thank you!
