Ordered a mat for a Christmas present. They kept me updated from the start on the process, shipping and tracking. It arrived within the timeline they gave me and the quality of the mat was amazing. Once I get my design I'll be ordering one for myself!

Company took money for my order, never shipped and refuses to answer inquiries. I will be logging dispute with PayPal to get my money back. This was a christmas gift and it never arrived. Do not order from this company.

Really bizarre experience so far. I placed an order on November 30th - no updates until I followed up on December 21st. They responded with a tracking number that is shipping to a completely different city and state. I let them know, and they said that "Sometimes, tracking systems display preliminary information like a difference location as part of the shipping process." The mat is now showing as "Out For Delivery" in the same different city and state (and it certainly wasn't delivered to me). I'll toss in a charge dispute in a couple of days if I don't hear back, but they clearly could have seen the same information I did if they just clicked the link that they sent me. Sounds like if you order and don't have any issues, you might have a good experience. That unfortunately hasn't been my experience with them.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They cleaned up my design free of charge. They have checked to make sure I was very happy and they knocked my mat out of the park.

Great customer Service. There was a small delay with my order and it was fixed very quickly. The mat I ordered is great quality and looks even better than I imagined. Awesome experience.
