Yora is awesome
Customer Service, is awesome, love my 6550 5.5w laser, also love my 3018 pro, my only complaint, is yall need a better way to attach the wood to the 3018, fix that and I'd give 5 stars,

Only received half of the order
Only received half of the order, still missing the rotary parts.

Customer service was great when I…
Customer service was great when I contacted them about my order. It showed that it had processed, but never showed it shipped. I contacted them and it shipped that day. They followed up on it a couple days later. I received my 6550 laser. The direction for setup were easy to understand. I have gotten it all set up and satisfied at this time. It is a learning experience and so far I am enjoying it. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Warranty is garbage
Warranty is garbage, laser lasted long enough to do maybe 30 cutting boards. Not impressed that I have to buy another laser module

Thanks Paul for your review. We are sorry that your laser didn't last according to your expectations. Laser life is dependent upon operating methods and proper care. Running at full power repeatedly will greatly shorten the life of the laser due to thermal stress on the circuitry. Keeping your laser below 80% power during normal operation has been shown to help prolong the life of the diode. We also suggest to our customers to take advantage of routine "cooldown" stages during long projects, as this will help prevent overheating. Great item
Great item. I have never used a laser printer before. Was able to put it together and get it going with little effort.?
