Well i have it but im still having…
Well i have it but im still having problems trying to put it together but i well it well take some time but i cant wait to use it if you have any suggestion's please let me know.

Didn’t receive the rotary attachment I…
Didn’t receive the rotary attachment I ordered for $150 when I ordered my 6550. I was asked to send pictures from customer service and never rec’d an answer back. I guess I’m eating that $150 purchase.

No, you won't eat it, Renny. And, we are very sorry about this omission. We didn't receive the pictures via our ticket system. This usually happens with iPhone users, because iOS uses a strange file type instead of a regular jpg like every other device. We were just able to capture it in our inbox email at [email protected]. We will ship a new rotary module kit to you tomorrow from our warehouse in USA, Ohio. You should receive it within 1-3 business days. Sorry again for this inconvenience. A good reason for only 4 stars
I think Yorahome is awesome. Yes, I only gave them 4 stars but that is because of my belief there is always room for improvement. I am very pleased with the service and product I have received so far. I totally understand each machine, program, wood, and so many other factors play a major role in the outcome of a project. But it would be so helpful, to the newcomers, if there was a printed starting point guide (for the lack of a better term) with power levels, speed, etc. And, I may have missed or skipped over it, but maybe another way for newcomers to practice different types of projects. All in all, I am pushing ahead and learning by trial and lots of errors. So glad I researched other companies but decided on Yorahome.

You won't regret it.
When I first started looking at getting a laser engraver, I read a lot of reviews. What the deciding factor was is the amount of faithful owners of these products. I purchased a 6560 40 watt and I amaze myself at what it can do. I still have lots more to try but if your on the fence, you can't miss with Yorahome. The support system is the best I have ever seen. I have never actually had to ask a question because its all in the forum. Somebody has already asked. One bit of advise, follow the real time video when you build yours. It will come out perfect. Thanks Yorahome!

I could not make it work yet I have a computer guy and we still cannot make this thing work you guys should make it a little bit simpler to hook up because it has it’s asking for all kinds of numbers which we don’t know what it is
