Nice supplier with great responsibility

I am very new at laser engraving so am relying on Yorahome for guidance. So far they have been very patient and taken the time to explain to me what I need.

Recent phone calls led to replacing the circuit board and the XYAnd Z control motors… but we were unable to get movement from the software. Eventually it was disclosed there is a switch on the circuit board and once it was turned on we have motion! Unfortunately, the wire was broken that brings power to the router! It is being shipped for me to replace and within a few days I hope to have a completely functional unit! Long awaited activity is within sight!

I have had my 6550 a little over 6 months and have made some really neat engravings that have caught the eye of friends and neighbors who want something engraved for themselves or watch how the machine actually works. I only had one pair of the green eye protection so a neighbor who does welding asked if his would work so he and his grandson could watch without keeping have to pass the glasses. I contacted Yora and had the answer in less than 2 hours total time so now several of us can watch a burn.

Well my 6550 arrived today 3/08/2021 here in Scotland, I have not been able to build it up due to work within the house but will right another when built up.

Had a question and it was answered by Nick in less than an hour.
