I'm pleased with the customer service and very fast delivery on your merchandise. I purchased the Silverback in June and had it in just a few days. Ipurchased 6550 Pro and received it within a few days. I just purchased the expansion kit for the Silverback yesterday 08.22.22 and I should receive it tomorrow 08.24.22. I was worried about this brand due to not hearing about, but I am truly excited with my purchases. I'm waiting for my expansion kit to come in also for the 6550 PRO that I ordered as well. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! FACEBOOK has great people on it that can answer a majority of the questions. They (Jim) and a few members of the group have already helped me out.

Was having a problem with moving my spindle to a start point. Mark was very prompt answering my email with suggestions on what to do it gave me the ability for a little while to utilize my machine. And he offered sugestions if that did not work. I have ordered a new circuit board and power supply to see if that will fix the problem.

Yorahome has been super supportive and quick to respond and provide help. I keep coming back to give them my business from my laser to my cnc machine and accessories because they go above and beyond to provide support. Highly recommend these folks if you are looking to get into laser engraving or cnc.

Yora I purchased the 6550 laser with the 40W head Feb.15, 2022. The laser is good. I like the size, can engrave on large items. I would like to have safety limits, but just have to know your platform. Now the rotary tool is complete garbage. Do not buy it!! Customer support is good, but if you wait over 45 day for replacement or swap, no luck. Save your money, and buy another rotary. the issues with the rotary is the motor will turn and will not turn the glass/cup. You may get 4 out of 10 cups to engrave correctly. If customer support was more willing to help over 45 days, I would give a better rating. Customer support was not rude, but not helpful. They said to contact tech support but i have had success with the rotary, so i know how to use it, but it is not consecutive. It is a major pain to use. Watch the video on how to use it on the web page and you will see that you are to use a rubber band to keep tension on a small roller wheel, which does not work. The glass/cup will slip and then the glass/cup is not engraved correctly and have to be thrown away. I have thrown away more glasses then i have kept.

So I have had my silverback machine for a few months now. When it arrived everything fit together perfectly. It is a stout little machine. The axis are all silky smooth and the spindle has plenty of power for everyrhing I've tried to cut through so far. It is amazing and I love everything about it. I'm getting awesome feedback from every customer and return orders from most. About a month ago I started having some connection issues with the controller. I contacted Jim at customer service and he was able to help me pinpoint the problem part and get it sent out the next day. He even offered for me to send him the controller and he would fix it and test it and send it back. If you're considering a CNC router I can't say enough about the awesome product and outstanding customer service I have gotten with YoraHome.

Received wrong part I ordered. Emailed and had correct part in two days. Awesome response time. Ate the skittles they sent with my part. Very tasty.
