I had a technical question answered on…
I had a technical question answered on the facebook group. I emailed Yorohome and someone got back to me pretty quick. The machine is working well so far.

A+ Customer service
I emailed support about a loose set screw in bottom of the package that the laser module came in. I could not visibly see where it may have came out of. Sent the email on a Sunday afternoon not expecting to get a reply until the next business day however I got a reply from Jeremy within like 20 minutes. He explained to me were the set screw came from and I was able to install it with one of the Allen wrenches that came with the tool kit. The best customer service I have ever experienced. THANKS JEREMY.

Great service
Great service! After receiving my order, I realized that my 4th axis was damaged. I immediately contacted Yorahome service and in less than 3 hours I already had an answer that my product would be replaced. I am more than satisfied with the service. Thank you

Excellent Service
YoraHome provides excellent service to its customers. The customer representatives are very friendly on the phone. Communication through email is fast and efficient. When an order is placed, the item is shipped out promptly. Weekday or weekends, the service is always top notch. They know how to run a great business!

expansion kit
service was great, but if you are ordering and expansion kit for 3018 or 6550 you should also offer a drag chain expansion if it is needed and include it with the order
