Little gift
Ended up with something extra in the box that I didn't order. Customer support replied quickly to my question about needing to send it back. Turns out they put it in as a gift and told me to keep it.

I am loving my Yorahome 6550 Pro
I am loving my Yorahome 6550 Pro. I have had a few hiccups with the actual laser lens, I have had to have these replaced twice. This was my error. The air assist has been replaced under warranty. The guys at yorahome have helped me and had hardware replaced. Living down under items take a while to arrive but his was to be expected. Keep up the great work.

I needed a new Limit Switch for my…
I needed a new Limit Switch for my 6550-PRO and sent an email to order one. And a very short time later Jeremy sent an email to me with a invoice to pay for it and get it in the shipping process. Amazing, didn't have to wait for days to get an answer but only a couple of hours. Love it.

Homing issue successfully resolved
Had a Zoom meeting with Yora tech Geno today regarding some crossed wires on my silverback controller causing homing issues. He was very thorough and persistent and we finally resolved the problem. Thanks to Geno!
