I pre-ordered some shin guards on 10/08/23 which were supposed to be dispatched 24/08/23. The only info provided by the tracking link is that the order has been placed (dispatched). I contacted Yokkao 5 separate times over the course of 2 weeks to ask where my items are & have received ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION back about this. To make matters worse there isn't even a umber you can ring them on. I've paid a lot of money for this product & the level of service & communication has been beyond abysmal. I am incredibly disappointed & starting to become incredibly infuriated by this situation. GET IT SORTED!

Die Muay Thai Shorts sind ein weiteres Highlight meiner Bestellung. Das Design ist beeindruckend, und sie sitzen perfekt - ich bin wirklich zufrieden damit. Auch das T-Shirt, das ich ergattern konnte, beeindruckt mit Top-Verarbeitung und einem hervorragenden Sitz ohne störende Nähte. Die Lieferzeit war ebenfalls angemessen, mit einer Dauer von 3-5 Tagen. Alle bestellten Größen waren korrekt, wobei ich den Ratschlag befolgt habe, eine Nummer größer zu bestellen. Diese Entscheidung erwies sich als klug - die gewählte Größe L passte perfekt, obwohl ich normalerweise M trage. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wieder bei Yokkao.com zu bestellen und bin gespannt auf die kommende Kollektion! Die Erfahrung mit Yokkao hat mich überzeugt, und ich kann die Marke uneingeschränkt empfehlen. YOKKOA ist definitiv Spitzenklasse! Initial skepticism due to a few less positive reviews did not in any way contradict my experience with Yokkao.com. I am absolutely thrilled with the products I ordered and want to share my positive opinion. The quality of the products convinced me from the start - they are simply top-notch! The boxing gloves I purchased made training a true pleasure. The padding and protection are excellent, and the design is not only appealing but also provides a great wearing experience. The hand wraps I also acquired are sturdy and offer excellent protection. Equally convincing are the ankle protectors, which not only look great but also fit perfectly and feel fantastic. The Muay Thai shorts are another highlight of my order. The design is impressive, and they fit perfectly - I am really satisfied with them. The t-shirt I was able to grab impresses with top-notch craftsmanship and an excellent fit without any irritating seams. The delivery time was also reasonable, taking 3-5 days. All ordered sizes were correct, and I followed the advice to order one size up. This decision proved wise - the chosen size L fit perfectly, even though I usually wear an M. I look forward to ordering from Yokkao.com again soon and am excited about the upcoming collection! My experience with Yokkao has convinced me, and I wholeheartedly recommend the brand. YOKKAO is definitely top-notch!

Awesome costumer service and I’ve only wait for my stuff to arrive a week. Awesome quality and designs

I've ordered 2 pair of gloves. One was delivered straight away but the other pair... Originally informed on site it's going to take 2 weeks more to receive Matrix laced gloves. No sign of delivery after 3 weeks, contacted customer service only to be told to wait 2 weeks. After 5 weeks (went on annual leave) there was no sign of delivery. Contacted customer service again only to hit the wall, no one responded for a week! I understand it takes time to make exceptional gloves but I am waiting nearly 2 months now and there is no explanation. My patience is running out :(

As always the product is amazing. People can’t stop complimenting me on the the color!

Still struggling with the delayed shipping on everything. The gear is good, but when the shipping date is pushed back again and again, with no notification, it's frustrating. I get it, factories take the time they take, materials need to be available, but build up some stock, and/or develop a notification system when something will not be ready on the published date. Delays and lack of communication are things that will lose customers and damage your reputation. The gear is still good, the quality is excellent, but getting it has become very difficult, and that's going to be a problem.

This is now the second time I've ordered something from yokkao and customer service doesn't follow through. The first time I ordered shin guards and needed to return them, I paid the return shipping fee ($55). "Lucy" from customer support emailed me once and never again. I spent weeks trying to get a hold of her through email and phone, but gave up. The second time was just recently. I ordered a bunch of workout apparel, only to receive maybe half of my order. I was missing two pairs of socks, two shirts, and some other things. I had only received one of each. It was a $334 order, to which I got maybe $150 worth of stuff. Contacted support again, heard back from "Lucy" one more time...and was then ghosted again. Emailed multiple times, the number to call doesn't work, constant busy signal. Customer service is a scam. Just buy third party, at least you'll be working with real and competent people. Personally this company doesn't deserve your money, and I've spent thousands with yokkao. Such a poorly run operation.

Outstanding quality of boxing gloves, YOKKAO's customer service was commendable. The ordering process was smooth and hassle-free, and my gloves arrived promptly and well-packaged. I appreciated the brand's dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
