They're friendly, responsive, easy to reach and super helpful. The support staff is one of the best features at Yext.

Yext is always very quick and professional in responding to my requests for Support. They make it easy to connect to multiple listings and troubleshoot issues/one-off occurrences quickly. In my role, I help small businesses not have to worry about this feature of our software, so I generally handle this and work with Yext daily or every other day. They always respond promptly and are very customer-centric. I definitely recommend Yext!

I was contacted by them by a Mr. King. I was VERY explicit that I wanted all material approved by me first. While he said OK, they proceeded to make things go live without that approval or even signed paperwork. I complained and had to sit thru a recording of myself and Mr. King to confirm that this account was not approved by us. We even sent back paperwork they sent us with NOT APPROVED written across it. They then said that I was correct and that the account would be deactivated. That was a few months ago, yet I keep getting a bill and today "Mr. King" called to discuss my advertising. When I told him that I did not want to deal with him, he feigned innocence and then basically called me a liar. Save yourself the misery of this company. I wish I had.

Update 4/23/19 Back to 1 Star after that lazy response from Yext. Yes I agree, you have done nothing for months but make excuses and kowtow to bullies and hate speech. Yext latest reply is exactly why I posted the review to begin with and proves exactly what I posted in this review of Yext .. Yext/Yahoo share a platform where they condone hate speech and bullying. When Yext took my money they told me otherwise. Yext continues to makes excuses instead of enforcing the TOS all parties agreed to. Sad. Update 4/16/19 Yext with their partner Yahoo states they are suppressing the malicious review which I have been reporting to them. However they still have not removed the malicious review per their shared TOS instead using words like suppression or mask instead of removal as per their shared TOS. Suppression and masking is not good enough nor is it what their TOS says they will do with malicious reviews. Yext Yahoo must remove the malicious review Per their shared TOS. Period. I did add one star because Yext/Yahoo despite themselves have reached out to me at least. Original Review starts here. Yext Yahoo Basic Listings is a platform for bullying and hate speeh to thrive. Yext Yahoo Management/Customer Support allow reviewers to leave hateful personal attacks on yahoo basic listings. Despite months of emails, phone calls to Yext explaining their platform is used for bullying and hate speech - and - despite Yext acknowledgement the review in question is hate speech and bullying Yext/Yahoo refuse to remove the review- instead blaming each other for their combined lack of oversight and failure to enforce their own TOS rules and remove TOS violated reviews. Sad. Update: I have had a genuine purchase experience I'm here reviewing it - Hey Yext instead of calling me a liar -why not work with me to remove the malicious review I have reported to you for months instead of trying to remove an actual review here. This is what Yext does.. they don't provide Customer Service - instead they fail to provide the oversight they claim they offer when they wanted my money. Sad. 4/11/19 Update: Received communication from Yext Quality Assurance Dept today. Spoke with Yext rep regarding the malicious review. Yext rep agrees the malicious review reported to Yext/Yahoo does violate the TOS all parties agreed to. However Yext will not remove the TOS violated malicious review nor will Yext work with me further to reach out to their Partner Yahoo. This is completely contrary to the sales pitch: Yext describes Yahoo as their Partner but are unwilling to reach out to their own Partner to remove a malicious review. Meanwhile Yext behind the scenes has communicated with me while denying my genuine experience here on TrustPilot. I continue to try to work with Yext/Yahoo and have also communicated with TrustPilot the credentials they required for my review yet TrustPilot now has hidden my review. Wow That's Sad.

We have been having issues for years with another local business using our information, changing our information, etc. After contacting Yext and becoming part of their Power Listing family, we have had all duplicate and incorrect information corrected...thanks to Yext! No matter what issues we've had, Yext has been able to fix them and in a VERY timely manner. THANK YOU YEXT!!!

I have been a subscriber with yext for two years. I signed up in order to change my address for my business on the worldwide web as some sites will not allow you access unless through yext. I had hopes that it would also help get my business listed with yahoo and bing as i am only listed on google. Two years later i am still trying to get a bbng listing. I signed into yext and updated some info as i have done in the past. Something seemed haywire in the system and i hit a glitch in the systom. When i signed up for yext there was support by phone if i needed it. I call in and i am told that yext no longer offers support by phone, i have to email and someone will call within the hour. No call no help, waited all day on friday for help. Saturday morning comes. All of my information is in process of deleting from the internet. Even the information that i had established before signing up with yext was deleting. And yext will not help, their support will not call, and i am paying 500.00 per year for their service. My warning is whatever you do do not sign up with yext, find another way, it will severly comprise your online presence
