Very friendly and a great place Becky and Jackson

First time at fazolis and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Becca came and checked on us so many time to make sure everything was going good! I had so many question about all the food and she gave me answers and never once acted like I was bothering her. She has to be one of the sweetest workers I’ve ever met! I’m a manager at grayson Wendy’s and I always keep my eye out on how other workers are and I loved her personality and how friendly she is with all the quest! For sure coming back!

It is AN ABUSE that Yext controls so many online profiles and doesn't let you edit your profiles unless you pay. I understand that managing online profiles is time consuming and that a great service is to offer the service to businesses that cannot, or don't know how, manage their listing for a fee. But another story is trying to force you hiring their services. THIS IS AN ABUSE!

I tried using there chat...its automated...they asked for my email but I said no so and never did get anyone to chat with so obviously the are capturing emails and lying to us...no way to start off...definitely avoiding this company after seeing 50% of the reviews were not good

One star is not enough to say about yext and their partners. Its absolutely a scam. A low budget scheme. Sell you on a dream and their 68 listings to find out your business listing are not accurately cited correctly. Therefore Google then actually penalizes you where you start to lose ranking. Their power listing is a lie. Claims all the info is correct but does not delete duplicate listing. This is why Google will penalize you. When is time to cancel they will give you the run around. I've been looking to cancel for over a month. No luck so far
