I had chosen YesWelder as my first welding machine to purchase as I had done a fairly extensive amount of research on the company/products and the Firstess MP200 5 in 1 looked to be the most cost effective and universal multiprocess machine in its category. I’ve used the blue brand before with great results in school but unfortunately the price point would require selling my car to get the same range of capabilities that the MP200 has built in it. I had spoken to Ana from YesWelder support and had all the questions I had answered incredibly quickly and personably. Overall a 10/10 experience. (I’m not a representative of the company nor am I receiving any compensation for the above review, just a happy dude)

I took off one star for the fact that the machine did have a couple of glitches out of the box. But in my experience at least, customer support was good. Ana responded quickly and after a couple of back and forth emails to figure out the problem, simply sent a whole new spool gun. Thanks Raymond and Ana for fielding my questions and responding with help!

We sincerely appreciate your patience and kind understanding throughout your concern and we're very happy that you are satisifed with our service. :) We will sure to forward your good words to Ana and Raymond.

I purchased a YesWelder Mig 250 Pro in February of 2021. It was August of 2023 before I used it for the first time. Upon doing do I encountered a failure of the Tension Adjuster leaving the Mig Welding aspect of the machine inoperable. Needless to say, I was highly disturbed with the occurrence. After I researched the status of the machines warranty it was clear the window of warranty had closed long ago. Having nothing to lose, I contacted Customer Service with my concern. I received a response in a professional, timely manner. To my surprise, I received an apology for the inconvenience of the part that failed and a tracking number of the replacement part that's on its way to me free of charge no less. In my opinion, YesWelder has gone above and beyond to be fair with me while standing 100% behind their product. Go Team YesWelder! Craig M Justus

Throw away machine, crappy customer service. No service parts are available for the machine. Do not buy used one unless you can get the email address or the order number that was used when it was ordered initially or you’ll get nowhere with customer service.
Response from YesWelderAug 16, 2023
We're very sorry if we have caused you such inconvenience, Eric. It is not our intention. We value each of our customer and ensure that all issues are resolved. But we do hope you understand that in considering replacement parts and welders , we do require an order number so we can check the warranty period of the machine. I understand that this could be frustrating, however, every store do have this protocols. We are gladly to help if these information are provided to us.
