Phenomenal service from Ana. I got two welders, one TIG-200 and a YWM-160. I had an issue with one and needed some tips with the other. Ana came really went out of her way with the technical support. Happy with the outcomes. 10/10 customer support and service.

I had an issue with one of the taps on my Firstess MP200. The ABS insulator broke when I was attempting to switch from plasma cut to mig weld. I contacted customer support and Michael is who I spoke with on the phone. After a brief conversation and a short email with some pictures, Raymond on the support team got back to me really quickly with a resolution to my problem. They shipped out a new unit and informed me to keep the damaged unit for parts. Great customer service, and speedy response time.

I am so grateful that I reached out and Ana helped me with my situation. When my plasma cutter stopped working, she reached out right away and gave me everything I needed to do to troubleshoot it. Detailed instructions with pictures to make things easy. She was able to get me a direct replacement. I’m really happy with my experience and the turnout. I will definitely keep yeswelder in mind when purchasing any welding equipment.

The MP200 is an amazing machine! The wire feeder bolts were cracked out of the box, but Raymond was fast and efficient getting the replacement taken care for me!

Purchased a ywm-200 for some light home welding. Had a "magic smoke" issue. Took only about 3-4 days to have a new one at my doorstep. Ana in customer service was prompt with responding and a pleasure to deal with.
