I spent a week trying to upgrade my DP200, with different downloads. Why the other downloads wouldn't work is beyond me. I sent a text to customer service asking for a little help and a few minutes later, Ana in customer support, sent me the most recent updates and they worked great. Thank you Ana for your support!
