Bought the G1 plus bike and love it! At first it wouldn't pair but just had to reset Bluetooth. Customer service was very helpful! Currently enjoying zwift and rousey on the bike with no issues.

I got the bike in a timely manner and it looks to be good quality. There was a part missing but they delivered it separatley after I reached out. But then fedex messed up the delivery so Yessoul sent me another part for free. So glad they got it resolved in a timely manner and were very nice.

Bought the S3 bike in black - Love that you can connect your bike to your phone and record sessions for free (no additional screen/subscription required). Would highly recommend!

I had no problems in assembling my Yesoul G1M Plus Bike. Took only 30-40mins (but I took my time - I think you can do it in 20mins as well - but I am more the relaxed guy), instruction manual was super easy to understand and detailed with images. Connecting my iphone 15pro (via USB C) super easy and working as well. I had some questions regarding the app and the customer service was super fast helping out. Just went via Chat and they responded within minutes. I am using the bike and loving it. Highly recommend (they have a discount at the moment on their website!) Thank you, Ingmar

I was having problems connecting my phone to the bike, as my partner was already connected to it, it was so frustrating but the customer service was amazing, talking me through it. I am now using the bike and loving it. Thank you Lisa

Bought a rower. Did not work when assembled. Multiple emails backs forth with support. Multiple actions I needed to make to fix machine on my own at suggestion of YESOUL. Nothing worked. Then was advised to open up the motherboard and replace. Did not work. After a few months gave up!! Terrible quality and no accountability for defective machine.
