Yesoul FitnessReviews of yesoulfitness.com

I had a problem with some electronics. The customer service team worked through the solutions. Replacement parts ordered. Excellent current parcel tracking. Easy to deal with

A great quality bike at a really good price. Really easy to put together and it rides silently. Can't wait to use it as the weather gets worse over the winter to keep fit!

This bike is trash. The startup audio is very loud and wakes up everyone in the house. The Saddle is so firm that it feels I’m sitting on a stone, even with a cover. I can’t even sit on it for more than 10mins. Trash!!!

I’m really pleased with my Yesoul treadmill so far. It looks great, feels sturdy and well made, and the large screen is a big plus. I’ve been using it for both walking and jogging and have found it very easy and enjoyable to use. I was also really impressed with Yesoul’s customer service before I bought it. I had a couple of technical questions and they replied quickly, checked the details with their technical team and were very helpful. The only small negative I’ve found so far is that the speaker feels quite loose when it’s fitted. It works fine, but I think the fitting could be a little more secure. Overall though, I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience with Yesoul has been very positive.

I looked at a lot of bikes before purchasing the Yesoul G1M Max. This bike is a fraction of the costs of other competitors. Came well packaged and easy to assemble and is a solid bike. Could not be happier with my purchase!

Prompt and friendly response to all my customer enquires. Product delivered on time and in perfect condition. Plus the bike is terrific!

Very good company, product is great and after sales communication is excellent.

Great company to deal with. Very quick to respond to any questions. Quality of the products we purchased, 2x G1M Max spin bikes is 10/10. Very easy to put together and quality is as good as bikes 3 times the price. Will definitely buy from them again
