Great equipment & good communication

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER -- better hope everything works perfectly when you get it They have the WORST customer service I have ever worked with. EVER. I bought a bike and a treadmill and the treadmill did not work. Instead of sending me a replacement they offered me technical support via zoom several times. I should not have to fix the brand new treadmill I just bought. Would NEVER purchase from this business again. Had to put a stop payment to it so I could recoup my money.

I bought a Yesoul GM1 plus bike which I am really pleased with apart from the fact that the Screen and speakers didn't seem to fit together properly. I did the online chat with Eren who was really helpful, quickly identified the problem and even sent me a video on how to resolve it - not a stock video, but Eren actually unscrewing the part and refitting it so that I could follow on what to do. Great service thanks

Je tenais à faire part de mon expérience personnelle avec ceux qui ont mis 1 étoile. Bien vrai que moi aussi j’ai eu des doutes au début parce qu’on me disait que la commande avait été expédié et que en maximum 3-5 jours ouvrés j’allais la recevoir, alors que le suivi ne bougeait absolument pas. J’ai écrit tonnes de mails, j’ai créé des tickets pour que je puisse avoir des réponses et finalement, après avoir contacté FedEx et Yesoul on a pu comprendre que l’étiquette de l’expédition avait été créé mais le vélo n’avait pas encore quitté les locaux de l’entreprise, voilà pourquoi l’expédition a pris plus de temps que prévu. Aujourd’hui, après 9 jours j’ai reçu le vélo chez moi. J’aurais bien aimé partager ici la photo du carton et du vélo mais je le ferai dans le site Yesoul. Ils sont fiables, juste un peu lent.

I purchased the GM1 because it looked like such great value for money, and I was right. The bike arrived and the quality is amazing and I found it fairly straightforward to put together - albeit that part of the process was not ideal, the team were supportive in their communication and offered 3 months of free app access to compensate for slow shipping time. I’ve had so much fun using and have to say I’d highly recommend. I plan on purchasing the treadmill next!

I’m very happy with my purchase from Yesoul. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, and everything so far has been very professional.
