Review – YESOUL GM1 Plus Exercise Bike Purchased December 2025. I recently purchased the YESOUL G1M Plus and wanted to share my feedback: The bike has good build quality and feels sturdy. Delivery was quick, and assembly was straightforward. It’s generally cheaper than a Peloton-style indoor cycle, making it a good value option. My main issue initially was screen connectivity related to DisplayPort (DP) technology. If a device doesn’t support DP (for example, the iPhone 16e), a DP receiver (e.g., Chromecast) may be needed, which could incur an additional cost. I recommend checking compatibility on the website before purchase. After an exchange of emails, this concern was ultimately well handled in a professional manner. Customer support were keen to resolve it amicably, sent a receiver to address the connectivity, and has since updated their website to improve transparency for future customers. Overall, the bike is solid and enjoyable once everything is properly set up.

When I ordered my bike on 13/01/26 it was advertised as free delivery. I very quickly received an email asking for an additional payment for shipping due to my address. All emails regarding additional payment were answered very quickly. Please note I also paid extra for “shipping protection.” My bike was allegedly shipped on the 19th Jan. After 2 weeks I had not received my bike, I send a number of emails, none of them were replied to. I contacted the shipping company directly who informed me the bike was lost and that they had informed yesoul who should be sending a replacement. Yesoul finally replied to an email and asked that I wait another week to see if the bike is found. I have heard nothing else back, it’s now 22 days since the bike was shipped and 28 days since payment was taken. No bike, very poor contact from yesoul. Terrible company

Var lite tveksam efter alla positiva recensioner jag läst, men måste erkänna! Detta är bland det bästa köpet jag gjort på länge! Skärmen är väldigt bra! Stabil och tyst! Fantastiskt mycket cykel för pengarna! Supporten är väldigt bra, alltid vänliga! Kan verkligen rekommendera denna motionscykel! / Balli

I ordered this bike since 23rd of January,today is 9th February and I have no update about my order. I have sent series of emails and I got not response. This is terrible customer service,I regret this decision of buying the bike and I wish someone would reach out or simply send my order.

Since I purchased the company's service, it has always revolved around helping to answer all my questions and resolve any problems that arose between the purchase and delivery. Thank you for your attention.

Just NO!! Bought the treadmill which was left outside in the rain with no note to say it’s been delivered !! It’s Tiny with a short bed & not wide enough .. and to top it off Faulty just stops whilst I’m running & with ZERO customer service!! No replies to emails and no interest in the customer. ** update still no communication back after how many emails? The world is full of stress & these just add to it !!! Zero cares for customers absolutely fuming **

DO NOT BUY! I bought a rowing machine with a monitor. The first issue was the monitor itself. When the loudspeaker is installed, you cannot operate the controls of the monitor anymore, which are covered by the loudspeaker. Brilliant! So, you always need to unplug and plug the machine to activate or deactivate the whole thing. Also, you can't operate the software, change measurements or so on. I am pretty sure they sent the wrong monitor, because they used to have one with a joystick in the back. Customer Service (AI response) claimed, that this new model is there for simpler user experience. Yeah, it is simpler if you can't control the device anymore?! It took them 2 weeks and a bad review on their website to actually respond to my initial complaint. Also, they did not address the other issues (seat rollers are squeaky and plastic parts are being grinded off when used). Over all, it is a horrible customer service and a shitty design.
