One of my aids did not work. It’s pretty basic stuff to test them before delivery. With that one caveat, I thought the experience was very good. Every one in the process has been pleasant and willing to please. With out responsible people your business model will not work. I was skeptical of giving thousands of dollars over the internet. Fortunately your staff helped me over come my fears each step of the way. I am pleased with the aids and glad my wife and I each bought a pair at a greatly reduced price to that of the local Audiologists.

First request for expedited delivery, although promised in 1-2 daye, didn't appear for over a week. Thanks to Hailey, second g try arrived in 2 days.

Your salesman was great, not so sure on the product, my wife definitely needs some follow up training. the first day we left it plugged in all day, the next day the battery was dead. Is there a turn on switch on these. She has hardly warn them because she says they don't help her much, and walking sounds like shuffling through grass.

The process was so easy. I purchased my hearing aids over the phone with a credit card and the rest was all set up for me and brought to my home. And it was half the price that I was going to be charged elsewhere. I’m super happy!!

I liked having the audiologist came to my house to customize my hearing aids. Unfortunately, my first set was not working properly and had to be replaced. The service has been good during the entire process. I would have given 5 stars, except for a certain lack of continuity. I would have preferred to deal with one or two account representatives to guide me through the sale and service process. Instead, I had to repeat my concerns each time I was contacted by multiple people who did not share the same information that I had provided to previous agents. I am still within the trial period, and it is taking some time to get used to wearing the hearing aids and resolve some unusual sound issues. Answering the phone by double tapping does not work consistently. I am questioning the quality of sound from outside sources going directly into my hearing aids. I may simply change the settings to simply amplify sounds, and go back to answering the phone by holding it close to my ear.

My Tec was top notch and made everything so easy to understand. had a problem with one of the receivers and she jumped on it had a solution.

I needed to upgrade my hearing aids to the latest technology as recommended by my audiologist. I was quoted a price but decided to go online to see if I could do better. I was hesitant as the service after the hearing aids were received was by a local traveling audiologist. I was comfortable enough by the agent I first contacted that I took a chance and ordered the online product. I am very satisfied with the hearing aids, and the local service. I saved almost $3000. Thank you.

I called at first to info and the person I spoke to, Amber, was knowledgeable and informative and was great to speak with. The only problem was that the fitting for the the hearing aids was supposed to be in 7-10 days. However, Phonak was supposed to send the aids to the fitter but they sent them to Yes Hearing instead. I think that Yes Hearing was a little slow in getting them to the fitter and it also took some time to have an appointment with the audiologist. The hearing aids are great and all in all the service was very good and the money I saved from the price I was quoted by 2 audiologists was almost 2k. I would highly recommend Yes Hearing.
