I have owned the Yarbo for more than a month. Like other robot mowers on the market, Yarbo is working through some bugs in programming - the only reason they don’t get 5 stars at this point. However, it is impressive at this stage. It is well built, modular and overall works well for what I consider a young product. The product was shipped in very heavy duty boxes and each part, nut, bolt and screw is labeled.They even included tools for assembly. Regarding tech support, they are 5 star in this category. They are super responsive and quickly work to resolve issues. I feel confident that they are headed for a 5 star rating. I have owned other robot mowers and they don’t stand up to Yarbo. With one unit that can be mower, snowblower, trimmer, edger and almost endless other functionality, they are at the forefront of the outdoor robotic industry.

Couldn't justify cost if I were to only use it for 3-6 months out of the year but I purchased the Snow Blower and the Lawnmower modules so I will be using the product year round. Ordered in July, received in mid Dec after some shipping delays caused by labor strikes. I have ran the snowblower a few times so far and it has performed to my liking. Customer service is outstanding in my opinion, they have responded to all my questions promptly and have provided firmware updates for any issue that has cropped up so far from users that I can see. There is a learning curve in the initial setup but if you join the users groups or contact customer support there are always people or videos to help you out. If you are someone who gets the first run or the newest of things that doesn't mind working with the company on fixes then the Yarbo might be for you. If you want a no hassle experience out of the box and have zero patience and complain about everything I would wait and continue paying thousands a year to your yard and snow clearing company.

Yarbo is a fairly new company, putting out a product that was developed by a kick starter and then place out for sale to the general public. Delivery took a little time but they did a good job of keeping you informed on when your items were to be shipped. The assembly was straight forward if you followed the instructions and technical support is always available on Facebook and their website. If you prepare yourself by reading the Facebook pages and watching Youtube videos most of your questions should be answered ahead of you even having them. Of course with new developmental items there will be some issues but these seem to be few verses the number of units all over the world. I had one issue with mine where the unit went over the top of the wireless charging pad and destroyed the charging cable, filling out a help request ticket people at Yarbo got back to me quickly and sent me a new cable. I have used it quite a few times with the recent snow storms and it has worked flawlessly for me. Can not wait until the weather turns and I can get is setup to cut my grass.

I started following Yarbo summer of 2024 and was impressed with everything they offer for an outdoor solution. I purchased my package and now have the Core, Mower, Snowblower and Leaf Blower. I have been able to use the Snowblower quite a few times to autonomously clear mine and my neighbors driveways while I stay nice and warm inside! I have tested the mower a little. And I love the extra features the Core has like towing. I have loaded up a large yard cart with hundreds of pounds of wood to transport and can just have the Yarbo follow me to the destination even up hills! It is a little beast! The physical product is well designed and their support is very good! The software continues to improve and I love that Yarbo listens to the customers and implements changes that are suggested. I believe this suite of products will serve as a fantastic long term solution to taking care of my outdoor needs!

I have had yarbo running for approx 1 month and I’m impressed by its capabilities. Is it perfect? No, but I had realistic expectations which I think any buyer needs to be aware and reasonable. For this to have real world benefit at your home as it has mine, go into it with a little patience or you’ll miss out on an incredible tool.

I ordered my Yarbo as a pre-order in May 2024. After several delays my product finally arrived in November 2024 (1-2 months late). During this time I second guessed my purchase and almost cancelled my order many times - I am so glad that I didn’t! I’ve only used the snowblower unit so far and it’s worked great. I’ve had to make some calls to Yarbo for support for minor questions/issues and received prompt responses and used the Facebook pages to connect with other users for advice on mapping/general questions. Yarbo communications weren’t great initially, but they have made significant improvements. My most recent experiences have been very positive. I even received a personal phone call from a live person at Yarbo asking me how things were going and if there was anything more I needed. I truly feel they are listening to their customers and want to deliver an outstanding product & customer service. The product itself seems durable and of good quality. Set up was pretty easy. There have been a few software updates since I received my unit which went fine. Overall I am very pleased and looking forward to using my lawn mower attachment once the snow melts!

From the moment that I purchased my unit, the team at Yarbo has been hard at work! They have constantly delivered high quality communications (especially when working through challenges/opportunities.) The product has delivered exceptional results in the last two months of my usage. I'm really looking forward to spring and the grass cutting, as that will be the biggest time saver for me. Support has been really good overall. They are working through timezone challenges with communications and are doing a great job at resolving support tickets in a timely manner. Looking forward to have dealer network in the US for replacement parts, etc. If I had to do it all over again, would I make the purchase? 100%
