Smooth transition so far. Once all the approvals were finalized which did take some time, it was pretty quick to be able to get the Vacation Rent Payment system linked with my PMS. They actually handled everything and just let me know when it was.

Vacation Rent Payment / Yapstone is also great to work with. They are responsive to your question, always follow up, and their system is responsive to my needs.

My overall experiences with VRP/Instant Processing/Yapstone are handled in a timely manner and resolved (not necessarily to my liking but we accept that is a part of doing business). My rep, Martha Hartvickson, never hesitates to jump in when I need help or further clarification on a chargeback situation. We have periodically looked elsewhere for our credit card processing needs, but keep ending up continuing our business association with Yapstone!

Our experience has been absolutely perfect from set up to just normal everyday usage. The customer service is outstanding. When we have questions or need help with anything, they are super quick to respond and get us back on track. This has been the best experience we have had with a payment gateway!

With our previous credit card processor, the batches rarely matched the output from our software, which made monthly reconciliations a nightmare. We literally had to go in at the individual transaction level to reconstruct batches. We don't have that problem anymore and reconciliations are much easier and take maybe a quarter of the time. Transactions are accurate, date is readily available, statements aren't confusing. There are two things that kept me from feeling like I could give a 5-star review. One is the automatic $50 fee if someone attempts a chargeback. The customer is not always right and this fee just seems unfair. Second is that I haven't been terribly impressed by customer service. Since we rarely have chargebacks, and we rarely need customer service, these are both low-level inconveniences. Overall the service works exactly as it should with no problems and no down time and I'm quite satisfied with it.

Hi. I needed help to reset my password. The next day I got a response and they were able to give me a temporary password. I was able to then reset my password. I was very happy with the quick response! This is the second review provided.

Yapstone is a wonderful payment processor with great customer service and the best rates. As with any processor, there will be issues, but Yapstone is quick to resolve them and always provides impeccable service. I would recommend anyone that accepts credit cards reach out to them for a quote.
