This is long overdue. This is regarding a refund received by Yapstone from the rental company/owner, and never forwarded to me. The amount in question is $450. I went around and around and even involved my bank. No luck, at all. I couldn’t believe it. Still can’t. My reservation thru VRBO was: Res ID: HA-RR4TPX Host Name: Hawaii Ocean Window, LLC Original travel dates: July 11-18, 2020 COVID Rescheduled dates: July 11-17, 2021 I received $200 which was the damage deposit, but not the actual $450 which represents the one night cancelled. With so many complaints against Yapstone, I hope to see a class action lawsuit one day.

Yapstone is a complete scam. We were essentially forced to utilize their company because the B&B website developer we had did business with them. When we closed our business and stopped our website we also notified Yapstone and closed our account. That was in 2018/2019. Last month and this month they started billing me for an account that was closed over 6 years ago. They have refused to remove the charges. I've file a complaint with my bank and also the State of Alaska dept of banking. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I had captured a guests deposit due to damages costing me over £600. Somehow the guest (from abroad) managed to claim the transaction as fraudulent and Yapstone gave it right back to them out of my account directly! Horrendous service. No protection.

Good morning this company has taken 2 payments from me instead of one and trying to get it reimbursed is just terrible they keep saying it will be dealt with this is over two weeks ago still no closer to my refund

Absolutely appalling service from this company. They had an error in processing my payment so instead of notifying me, they just took the rent twice from my account the next month, wiping out my bank account a few days before I was due to go on holiday. The customer service was initially ok, with the agents in the contact centre polite and helpful. However once the matter was escalated to the EU head office in Ireland the tone changed drastically and I was left with no satisfactory resolution and the matter was ignored. Avoid this company if you can.

In 2015, I converted my IRA to a trust held by a company in Idaho. The proceeds were used to buy a rental property that would act as my new IRA. I do not own the condo directly, only the funds. As such, I do not pay the bills or receive any of the income....at least not until I retire. Well, unbeknownst to me, Yapstone had filled out a W-9 on my behalf using my personal information. Not the TIN and information of the trust. Unfortunately the zipcode they used was for a town on the other side of the state, and the incorrect 1099-Ks were not reaching me. But they were the IRS. Fast forward to 5 months ago, and I get a $25,000 tax bill, stating that I didn't pay taxes for the income of the past 6 years. I sent them the deed and property taxes showing that I do not own the property, but they said the only way to rectify this is to have Yapstone correct the previous years erroneous forms. They refused. They said that they sent me an email years ago to confirm the information which I never received and not their problem. That I need to hire a tax lawyer instead. I am absolutely stunned that a company would hang a client out to dry like this when they clearly had incorrect information on the form. I will never deal with this company or any other that deals with them again. Stay far away from Yapstone.

Company culture is not focused on providing value to its customers. Funds paid by guests are not being released because our website is not launched. Whether a company website active should not be a determining factor whether payments are released. Company representatives have failed to follow up on this matter and work towards a reasonable solution.

I needed a password reset, no a survey. I asked for a password reset on the website and then through the customer service email link on the website. I still have not received the reset but Yapstone sent this survey request.
