Recaptures and Chargeback Fees
In the past, the cc refunds would be netted out with our sales. One entry per day. Now our bank statement is getting harder to reconcile because the refunds (recaptures) are posted separately and it delays our reconciliation process. Also, the automatic $25 chargeback fees need to disappear or get reduced. Sometimes it's for cancelled reservations that have already been refunded yet we still get charged the $25 fee, not fair.
