overall products are good, but bad thing is always out of stock

I'd shop more often if the required free shipping amount. $49 & up is a little bit much.

The products we order are great! The kids at our school love them. My only frustration is that often we want to order something and it's temporarily out of stock. We always try to order at least $49 worth to get free shipping and often items are either our of stock or you put a limit on the amount we can order, so sometimes we have to wait to order. Other than than, we like your products!

Price, inventory, delivery should be better

many lovely stuff. The only problem is delicious food is always out of stock! Can't you increase the stock?

I really enjoy your services. The major reason for me to give a 4-star is because some products are always sold out. It would be great if you could have them back sooner. Another reason is that I have seen more and more products directly shipped from Japan and they are pretty expensive. Thank you for your hard work.
