They stole $125.00 from my credit card. I've never heard of this scam company but my bank has. They've done this to many many others. They somehow get your CC # and make fake charges. These people should be taken out and flogged once for each dollar they have stolen. Cancel your cards if they hit you right away before they have the chance to drain your account. Report them to the BBB and your states attorney general. If they get enough complaints the state government will launch an investigation and they will shut them down. Screw you Yamibuy.

This company is disgusting. I am a wholesaler, Yamibuy has been in arrears with our payment for more than 8 months, and other wholesalers have been in arrears. This company is taking the money of the investor while arrears the wholesaler. The goods are sold, and the products they sell have high profits. This is a disgusting company and should be closed down.

THIEVES!!! I just checked my bank statement and noticed I was charged $140 from this “company”. I’VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY!!! I DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE!!! AND IVE SURE AS HELL HAVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I have no idea how they received my debit card and bank info. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY”

Company is SHADY Never heard of them and received two transactions under this website for over 300 in total. What the hack are the prices here for it to be that much. Basically stealing my week's pay for not everyone has the luxury to blow money like that when you're only a part timer. Literally to this company for allowing this to happen and the loser who used me get your act together.

Until I received a credit card statement today with 2 separate purchases from this company in excess of $362, I had never heard of them nor had I placed an order with them. I have no idea how they gained access to my credit card info but they are currently under investigation for FRAUD.

Terrible customer service. I have email them and message them a thousand times for a refund. And for a package that I ordered on 3/13/2019 and still waiting and I get not respond. I paid over $15 dollar just for shipping. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Don’t use Yumibuy, they are terrible and they take your money.

Just 5 days after I received my order, they are selling an item that I ordered for $10 less PLUS extra 15% off. So I contacted their customer service to get price adjustment. But to my surprise the customer service staff refuse to apply 15% off, citing I used coupon when I placed the order and she can not apply 15% off because it is not allowed to use two promotional methods. Excuse me, did she just even understand the meaning of price adjustment at all? She can simply take out the coupon value, and calculate the difference between new price plus 15% off with the actual price I paid. As simple as that, but this customer service staff just so lazy that she thinks two promotional methods will be used by me if she applies 15% off. It’s two separate transaction, didn’t she understand that? Each transaction used only one promotional code, she just needs to calculate the difference between these two transactions, that’s called price adjustment! I am shocked for how lacking of training their staffs are!
