Ya'lla Tours USAReviews of yallatours.com

I knew that Ya'lla Tours would do a superb job because I have used you several times before with groups, but I can't say enough how superb and meaningful our Pilgrimage was and Michel our Tour Director was one of the very best I have ever had in the last 52 years of leading tours myself as well as just experiencing tours around the entire world! He was serious when he should have been with his historical narration but hysterically funny at the same time. Every single meal, and tour reservation was perfectly executed. A perfect tour in every way! I really liked out 4 star Dan Hotels, and the older one in Tiberius was great as well. You have 55 very Happy Campers with our North Lake P group! Awesome travel agency!

Ya’lla’s US home office customer service stunk after they collected our money for Israel/Jordan tour. They did not help with restaurant reservations ahead of time for a busy Jewish holiday. They booked us in the filthy Leonardo Hotel in Tiberias & did nothing to find us a clean, suitable alternative. Their attitude was snippy, arrogant & condescending. We will never book with Ya’lla ever again.

Van transportation back to airport was too crowded and not comfortable. is the only complaint. Would have liked an upgrade on vehicle

Everything went perfectly, the guides were great, would highly recommend this company!!!

We had a wonderful time in Egypt. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even when there were language issues. The country is ready for tourists again and I hope people will feel it's the right time to go.

Our recent trip, planned with Ya'lla Tours USA was perfect. We were a little nervous about traveling overseas but Ya'lla had everything planned down to the last detail. Transfers were simple. Hotels were beautiful. Tours were great. We highly recommend Ya'lla.

I would highly recommend this company , they have a wonderful program to Israel in English and Spanish and they are easy to work with.
