Ya'lla Tours USAReviews of yallatours.com

Our guide gave us a professional and fun tour throughout the time we were together. He made sure he gave us everything we asked for. We had some personal needs that came up and he helped us take care of them. We will use your company when the need arises Thank you ALAN and JEANNE

Excellent tour-we saw many places in The Holy Land Our favorite was sailing on the Sea of Galilee. We would have liked more time to enjoy the amenities at the fantastic hotels we stayed in and to walk in Jerusalem in the daylight on our own. A lot was jammed into a few days.

We had a church group of 55, filling every seat on the bus with a group of mostly retirees. Ya'lla and all their staff did a phenomenal job preparing, arranging, and leading our group through a first-class, memorable experience in Israel. The accommodations, itinerary, and guide all exceeded our expectations. The word about Ya'lla is out in our congregation of 1600, and we already having a new list of persons waiting for the next trip!

My Clients said the trip was great trip! They enjoyed their guides & their itinerary. They were particularly impressed with their guide in Jordan - said he was perhaps the best guide they've ever had - anywhere. They especially enjoyed Petra & Jerusalem. The only negative was on the Carlton Hotel in Tel Aviv - said it was in a great location however it was pretty worn & on the edge of being a dump. Luckily it was for just one night - however it was their last night so in my opinion it was not the best way to end their trip. I thought about 4star rating but didn't since they were very happy with the entire trip except for their last night.

We had no footing or mobility issues but a few people did. We feel that the various legs of the trip could have been pre- rated according to how strenuous they were and what the specific hazards were to be expected. The lunch at the Druze home should have been reviewed prior to our visit to identify the required strenuous walk up a hill at midday. This was a possible near tragedy. The walk up the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem was too strenuous for some and had lots of irregular footing. The Nazareth village had similar issues. U S National parks have trail rating systems and cruise ship excursions are rated as well in order to warn participants of the expectations and hazards. The accommodations and food at the hotels were very good. The lunch in old Jerusalem was over priced and basic. The overall handling of our group was very good. Water was always available at a reasonable price.

From weeks prior to take off, we were beautifuly prepared by Ya’lla for the experience ahead. To my delight the accommodations, room, buffets and service was outstanding. And to make the trip and history come alive Michele and David as driver were beyond helpful. Michele had a captive audience which hung on his words with interest and humor. He was a blessing we all appreciated. He’ll make any trip Memorable. You chose him well. Thanks
