Ya'lla Tours USAReviews of yallatours.com

Although we've traveled extensively, we'd never taken a private tour before and weren't sure we'd like it. It turned out to be the best trip of our lives... thanks in no small part to the knowledge, kindness, and amiability of our guide Achmed and driver, also Achmed, in Jordan. Svika in Israel as a whole and Johnny in Bethlehem were also top notch. All transfers and hotel arrangements were smooth and efficient. The guides paid attention to OUR interests and directed us accordingly. I can't praise our guides and the entire experience enough. Susan Sanders arranged everything in advance and our itinerary was perfect. Five stars to all involved - it was the trip of a lifetime.

I worked with the wonderful Teri McCullogh, my clients were overjoyed with their trip, praised their tour guide, loved every moment of this trip Thank you very much Amy Siegel

Ya"lla put together a private tour for us through Israel with a shorter trip to Jordan. It was great! Our guides in both countries were great -- Jacob Shadar -- who we had for several days, was the best guide we've ever had and made the experience substantially richer.

Ya'lla Tours staff was very professional and helpful throughout the process. They offered me good service and took very good care of my clients.

We have done 2 tours to Israel (and one tour also covered Jordan) with Yalla. Both tours were fantastic! Yalla does an excellent job before hand, with the organization of the itinerary and schedule. The guides they recommended were top rate as well. The tours we went on were Christian themed. We came back seeing the entire Bible (both Old and New Testament) in color rather than black and white! We highly recommend Yalla to anybody seeking a once-in-a-lifetime tour experience in the Middle East!

Trip was great, tour guide was wonderful.

EXCELLENT! Fantastic customer service. I trust them with my group travel.

It was well organized tour , services started since first step at the airport till back home. Guides , very professionals and did good job, drivers very polite , cars latest comfortable models. You represantives were very nice friendly professional staff everywhere . Hotels 4-5 stars, with good service and daily morning buffett breakfast , other restaurant for lunches & diners where applicable were very good . The balloon item in our program was a great experience. The additional requested by us at Nomades night was excellent . The additional requested by us at turkish bath was very bad experience, unfriendly tough people, no hi no welcome no smile from entering to exit , 7 minutes only treatment for me & my wife is not worth what we paid for, the other time we been waiting for somebody’s to take care of us , they saperated my wife from me where they have rooms for couples. but in general, the trip was great and enjoyable. thank you for your efforts and good work for arranging all activities & daily program.
