After debating between 3 moving companies, i am so relieved to have scheduled X Van Lines to handle my move. Great moving service and hospitality across the board. Justin and Michael helped me move from New Jersey to Florida with ease and took off all the pressures of this process. Can not recommend them enough

From the initial call to the move, everything was as explained. I am not easy to deal with, I admit, but Carlos was patient, kind and overall truthful!! So happy I found this company for my move.

X Vanlines ruined my cross-country move--late, careless, and unprofessional. Nearly everything was damaged. Avoid them at all costs!

This company from the beginning was unprofessional. I went over all items and they did not log everything. Then they tried to fix it. But because they hire out to local movers. Some who are not even USA citizens. They walk in said this is more footage than Evans said. Major scam. A few items were smashed. Also requesting cash, zelle. Asked for 1400 more. I should of read the reviews first. Dumb me. Would not recommend this company. Scam.

If you don’t read this whole thing just know to not choose xvanlines!!! I could post pictures on pictures at this point. You will be out thousands ($11,050 to be exact for me), receive items that are not yours, your items will be broken, damaged, and missing! Nichole, Jamie, and Leah will be of zero help, they all have the same lingo as if they are reading a prompt! Where do I even Begin? From pick up to deliver was a living hell! After about 40mins of arrival they claimed that my items would take up more space an I owed $1,000 more. I agreed an gave them $1,000 in cash as requested. Which should have been my 1st warning! After about 3hrs he then stated not everything would fit an that I needed to pick what was priority. I was confused as all my items are a priority?! I stated That all things must go! He was extremely rude walked away an said call the main number an tell them. He then proceeded to drive off leaving me with no itemized receipt of my items nor a receipt of the money that gave him. Thankfully I had everything recoded! Additionally my house was left in a hot disgusting mess!! I contacted the office back, explained my issues they really could care less! Customer service is definitely not their priority! They claimed that they would send me two emails immediately with information of which I never received. A few days later another truck was sent an I had to pay additional $1,000 plus and they told me it would be joined with my other items. What they didn’t tell me is my items would be mixed in with other households!! Fast forward to current date…still never received any emails, kept promising me dates of delivery an never called back to confirm or give me any updates! Over a week after promised date they delivered my items to the wrong address! The movers then had to drive 40 minutes the North in the opposite direction to get to my house! Mind you they were told on four different occasions of the proper address, verbally an in written emails, confirming! Lets put the icing on the cake !! multiple items that were delivered were not mine, there were boxes/items of someone else’s household ! Some of which were highly sensitive documents! Just avoid this company at all cost! You will be beyond stressed, out thousands of dollars, items broken , items scuffed, And missing just poof done with the wind missing! Oh ya…an apparently also other peoples items!!

Good sales team, terrible experience after that. We were told they could move our hot tub, which is the very reason we went with them. We spoke with Jason five times to make sure we spelled everything out clearly and that there wouldn't be any issues with the hot tub and other belongings --- he assured us each time that everything was in good order. Well, movers showed up the day of (who were contracted out by x Van Lines), and told us they cannot move the hot tub. Additionally, they went on to charge us additional fees for our other belongings that were part of the original quote all along (4-wheelers, and boxes, and mattress). We were meticulous in adhering to the space allocated for our belongings, yet these contracted out movers said we had more than X Van Lines allotted. It was day of, and we needed to move, so we had to swallow all of this, and the X Van Lines customer service team assured us "we will take care of you on getting this corrected." Well I've had 2 dozen calls into that team, and they continue to dance around it. Jason, Nicole, Joey --- no one ever made good on it. On top of all of that, the movers they contracted with for arrival (drop off of the belongings) showed up at 9:30 PM at night. The truck was in a disarray, and it was confusing what was ours versus someone else's. My wife and I could tell this was going to take them many hours, and they weren't treating things carefully, so we actually helped them organize and unload the truck. Many of our boxes were already broken. By this point, we were just anxious to be done with X Van Lines and the entire experience. I cannot say this more clearly -- I wouldn't use them again in a million years. Super frustrating experience.

If there were negative stars, I would give them negative stars! Absolutely the worst move of my life and we are still experiencing difficulty with them. I'm not sure where to even begin....As a military veteran of 26 years, I have been moved all over the world. During all of these moves combined, I've had 2 items in my household damaged or broken. X Van lines packed my entire house have heartedly in several rooms, moved and stored my things 2 hours away. When I returned and asked for my things to be delivered back to me, it was near impossible to reach anyone at their office. I left numerous voicemails, emails, etc. I received messages from 4 different people that had no idea about my belongings or offered any information as to when I could receive them again. When I tried reaching them, they didn't answer or no one knew who they were. I firmly believed I was being scammed because I paid an astronomical amount of money to this company. Eventually a date and time was set up for redelivery of my HHGs. Not once, not twice but three separate occasions the time and date was changed at the last minute. Once on the actual morning of expected delivery. No phone calls or explanations and I could never reach anyone. When my things were eventually delivered , they had lost several of my items that I watched placed on their truck. I've asked for assistance and can never reach anyone. Then, received a text stating that they couldn't find these items anywhere in their storage but would bring me a replacement item (s). We are going on 3 weeks now and I still haven't received these items or heard from anyone at the company. No follow up on the move or serve at all. On top of all of this....I have 22 items that were broke and damaged. And all they did was pack, load ad put in a local storage and redeliver back to me. I have submitted a claim for these but based on the unprofessionalism I have seen and care for my belongings, I do not believe I'll ever be reimbursed for any of it. Some of the items were my Grandmothers China that was left to wife and I that can never be replaced. Chairs broken, plates and glasses. Damaged and torn furniture. Bent metal table, etc. They were paid ALOT of money for the worst move offer lives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!
