Movers handled the basics, but not with care. Furniture was banged into doorframes, and fragile boxes weren’t labeled. Thankfully, nothing was broken, but I was constantly worried. The crew didn’t seem rushed, just careless. Overall, not worth the money.

The scheduling was easy, but the actual move was stressful. X Van Lines underestimated the time needed and charged more than expected. The crew worked hard, but they didn’t handle things gently. My bookshelf was chipped, and a few boxes were crushed. I probably wouldn’t recommend them.

The booking experience was great, which is why the actual move was such a letdown. The team wasn’t rude, just slow and not detail-oriented. They missed boxes when loading, forcing a second trip. Nothing was broken, but efficiency was seriously lacking. I can’t recommend them.

They were gentle with fragile items and strong with the heavy stuff! I appreciated their respect for my time. Everything was done ahead of schedule. The move felt fast but never rushed. The house was spotless when they left. An AMAZING experience all around. I'd hire them again!
