10/10 the hair, customer service, quality everything about this hair is amazing. I have ordered wigs from this company for years and the wigs last forever with hardly any shedding the delivery is always super fast and did I mention that the lace is undetectable the hair is super soft, all my curly hair lovers THIS IS THE ONE!

The lace matches the skin beautifully, but the quality of this lace is terrible. The lace shredds after a few months. And the hair comes in so-called layers but it's just a cheap way of making the wig, only giving half the ordered length. The hair just looks frizzy. Always loose strands all over. They send good wigs to the reviewers. I will never order again.

So it is easy to fray,my dear Danielle ,Our regular brown lace is resistant to wear and tear.you could also try our brown lace wigs. We can guarantee that the hair we send to influencers is the same as the hair we send to customers. We will do strict quality inspection before shipment. Your order is for 16-inch hair. I bought a wig from this company and what they sent me was terrible! I paid around £700 for the wig. They used a cheap wig cap and the hair was always fuzzy and dry of poor quality and the wig cap frayed so much I could only wear it twice! I even flat ironed it but after an hour it was a fuzzy mess but the hair at the back seemed of her better quality. I contacted after sales they said the hair may have been made from two different batches. Why would I want a wig made from two different batches of hair? I paid for premium quality ALL OVER! The wig also sheds like crazy and mats up! Why is this? Surely this is not premium hair! Let me make it clear I suffer with hair loss and own over 20 wigs and know how to care for them. I have never experience anything like this. They tried to offer of a refund for $30 (admission of guilt) after I sent pictures proving it i felt insulted! I tried to post a honest review on their website site twice and they just kept deleting it! I couldn't believe it they are definitely dishonest and not to be trusted! The comments on their website are carefully monitored so beware! I will never buy from them again its a shame I can not post the pictures on here to show you how terrible the wig looks! Now they are ignoring my emails altogether since June after I threatened them with legal action! Order #19620

This company produces some of the BESTTTTTTT wigs on the market. The wigs are exactly as advertised. The lace is perfect and the hair is soft. There's no weird smell and no need to bleach the knots. I've bought two wigs from them and will be buying another.

Scammers. This company told me to send my original wig back and I would receive a refund for the shipping cost £22.45. I have not received any refund and it has been a month now. I tried contacting the customer service this up but I got no reply. I got sent another wig but it did not fit my head again. I got sent a medium cap size. What a joke! The person I spoke to tried to say the wig cap is large but it is not. I ordered 200% destiny and clear lace but I received something different. The customer service person even tried to make you think they are genuine and they want to put things right but instead the person is scamming. I now have to send back the replacement and spend another £22.45. Together that is £44.90. The person has not replied back to me about this refund for return shipping. The person ignores my email. The person I spoke to even tried to say I can only return an item once. I will never order from this company again.
