Upon unboxing my wig it was beautiful at first. The lace is clear, the length is correct, and the density was on point. However the hair seems stale after I washed it. I always wash my wigs when I get them. The hair is dry, I don’t use shampoo on my wigs I always go with co wash because I don’t want to strip the hair.I even did a deep conditioner, and still the hair gets tangled. Every 5 minutes I am combing out knots. It’s like the wig was on a mannequin on display for a long period of time. I own over 50 wigs and I also am a stylist so I’m very educated when it comes to hair and wigs in general. I know better than to keep my wigs on my mannequins. If the hair isn’t put in a silk bag to protect the texture then the wig will definitely get dried out and stale, and that’s what it gives….STALE! For the money that i spent on this wig I should not be having this problem. I do like this company. I have ordered from here in the past and my wigs were good but this one is trash. It wasn’t worth $600! I am not satisfied at all
